This was a great cozy house with everything you could need. Quite Neighborhood. This house has one of the biggest front deck areas of any of the neighboring homes. We would book again.
We absolutely loved the Holiday Haus! There were only four of us and we had ample room! The home isn’t a very good location and we would definitely stay there again!
Very clean and plenty of room. We had 2 dogs with us and the large porch with the gate so they didn’t have to be in a leash, and the doggy cut out on the porch to a fenced yard was a HUGE BONUS!! 10/10 would stay here again. Only thing it was lacking was comfortable outdoor lounge furniture.
Was clean but a little dated-towels a little thin and old

Thank you for the feedback! We're glad the property was clean for your stay. We'd love to welcome you back soon, and we'll keep your comments in mind as we make upgrades. Thanks for staying with us!
The property was comfortable and clean with easy access to town. We definitely enjoyed having the fire pit on the porch, the deer walking through the area and easy access to the River. We will consider this property again for future visits
Property manager was welcoming and continued to reach out and made sure he were comfortable and had everything we needed. The cabin was well stocked and very clean. Plenty of room for three families. Will definitely rent this one again. The Eeck was very roomy and very nice!

Overall the house worked for our needs, but there were several things that could have been better. The grill was so dirty. Could see food that had been dropped through the grates and just wasn’t appealing to want to use. We also pride ourselves in leaving the place as we found it or better. When I did a load of laundry, we discovered that the dryer wasn’t working. Maintenance came out to check on it. Couldn’t be fixed because a part had been ordered 2 weeks prior to our stay. We would have appreciated having that brought to our attention. There was a solution that worked, but was just inconvenient. We had to load the wet towels in a trash bag and haul it to another property ya’ll manage. The ceiling fan in the master was nonexistent. The hole in the ceiling where one was covered, so clearly there had been one. Would have been nice to keep some air circulating when sleeping. This was a very expensive property and the expectation of having all the comforts of home were not met.
The location of this property is perfect, just a short drive from the center of town. Easily walkable, if desired. Clean, comfortable, and quaint, with all necessary amenities. We only stayed one night, but could have easily spent several nights there. It was a perfect hub to get to local attractions. While we were there, we went off-roading, attended a local arts and wine festival, visited shops, restaurants, and went hiking. Would definitely visit again!
