We were able to check into one unit early, but had to wait until official checkin time for the other unit wven though it was already clean.The writeup indicated ski in ski out, it was not, although shuttle service was very good. We had a mix up on one pickup, causing us to wait for 45 minutes or so; an unsolictied bottle of wine and choclates were delivered to us for the inconvenience which we much appreciated.The hot tub was not working the first day. It was corrected for the second day and another unsolicited gift was delivered. The host was very thorough with checkin, facilities, ski advice interms of what runs for our diverse levels of ability as well as reccomendatiins for things to do and restaurants in the area.Overall we were very pleased with the property.
