Home is on a canal but sorry no boat can be docked at the property. Boat lift/elevator is shut off and cannot be used. No boat will be on lift so your view will not be obstructed. Enjoy your view of the colorful dusk sky. City of Key Colony Beach is an exclusive community with golf course, pickle-ball, tennis courts, marina, restaurants and bars. The city does require their city rules and regulations be accepted (in the online lease). Marathon is next door with grocery stores, fast food, liquor store, seafood markets, etc..
