Beautiful private cottage conveniently located in Killearn Estates

This gorgeous cottage has cathedral ceilings, ship-lap throughout, and is nestled into a gated private lot with a wraparound screened porch. The master features a huge walk-in closet, large bathroom featuring a large shower with double shower heads and and washing machine and dryer. Well-supplied kitchen including high-end gas appliances, dining table, and bar. The living area features a fireplace, leather couch, sitting chair and a 65-inch Samsung smart television. The sleeping loft features two twin beds accessible by a ladder. Wireless internet access is included. This cottage has lots of privacy with a 6-foot brick wall separating it from the main house. Pets are welcome with a $100.00 pet fee. This location is convenient to I-10, midtown, downtown, the Florida Capitol complex, golf courses, and
all three local universities!

What a lovely cottage! We so enjoyed our stay at this charming and beautifully decorated abode. Clean, cozy and well-equipped, we had everything we needed throughout our 5 day stay. Lovely Cottage in Beautiful location

This is our second time staying at this wonderful cottage. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable. The owners are very prompt in answering any questions. The location is perfect for visiting the Tallahassee sights! Our pup loved it here since we are close to many trails for nice long walks. Highly recommend!!

Todd greeted me with a bottle of wine upon check-in- excellent communication and Kiki’s Cottage is beautiful and cozy with a well stocked kitchen, spacious bedroom and bathroom, cute loft and wonderful porch for coffee and reading. I will definitely be back!

Favorite place in Tallahassee

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this cottage home. It was as delightful the second time as the first. Everything at the cottage was perfect. If the weather was warmer, we would have been able to enjoy the wrap around porch. I look forward to staying there again especially during the warmer summer months.

Magical cottage with amazing hosts

My wife and I stayed at this cottage for 4 nights during our daughter’s commencement from FSU. Absolutely loved all aspects of this stay. The hosts are thoughtful and kind, the property was clean, access was simple, and it is so easy to drive down to FSU campus or up to the restaurants in Bradfordville. Excellent communication. Awesome Bungalow

This property was amazing. It had all the comforts of home. Close to shopping and groceries. The homeowners were responsive if I had a question. I brought my two Boston Terriers and they were very accommodating. I will stay here again when we have to go to Tallahassee.

Charming cottage

What a lovely cottage! Everything was delightful and exactly as described. The cottage was super clean and very tastefully decorated. Lots of space in the closet- it was almost like having another entire bedroom. The bathroom was great and the walk in shower with dual shower heads felt like you were in a spa. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful cottage in peaceful setting

My husband and I spent several days in this cottage while attending a meeting at FSU. The location was convenient and the setting was private and lovely. The cottage was spacious and well equipped. We particularly loved relaxing on the wraparound screened porch and enjoying the view of azaleas in bloom and the grand oak tree dripping with Spanish moss. Todd was a great host and made us feel very welcome. We hope to return!!
