Great villa in a secured gated community

Great place, modern, got all the amenities, big pool, rosemary and lavender in the yard, very private.The only bad thing is that you have to pay extra for the sheet and towel and no basic stuff is included (no shampoo, soap or even toilet paper)Else, it's really a perfect place in the south of France

Set in the rural hills of Saint Raphael with the property backing onto a woodland. This unfortunately means that you can’t sit out in the evening without being bitten to death, not that the bugs are any friendlier during the day.. Location though to get onto the main rotes across southern France plus ease of access to SCNF train station we couldn’t fault.The property is a little tired and we had to send our host a long list of things to fix, so please take photos as evidence.Regarding bed size, which is conflicting in the description if you bring your own bedding. All the beds are king size and not 1 king plus 4 doubles.Pool : not heated and for those with reduced mobility, there’s no hand rail to assist getting in/out. We had to position a chair nearby to help us.Supermarkets 5/10 min drive, into downtown saint Raphael - 15/20 drive. There’s a bus service but this stops at 3 pm. Uber service is available.Well stocked kitchen but bring a knife sharpener!Don’t get me wrong, the family enjoyed staying here as it gave us the opportunity to tour the whole of the south coast which was a bucket list item.
