Property was perfect for the proximity to event at nearby marina. So close to the best seafood at the Freezer, grocery store convenience and waterway. I definitely will be staying there again for another beautiful visit to Homosassa.

We really enjoyed our stay. Quiet , relaxing. The screened in porch was very much used by us. We saw manatees in the canal! The tide affects the water level so some days that was possible and other days manatees were not in the cards.However many kinds of birds were seen. Especially on low tide days. Great Blue Herons, Coopers Hawk, Ibis, Red Shouldered Hawks, Warblers! Happy hour with music, seafood and cold drinks were within walking distances. We loved the low key, comfortable lifestyle of Old Homosassa. It wasn’t the high octane beach crowd that overpowers some parts of Florida.

This is a great little place that is close to everything. Very quiet but walking distance to basically everywhere. Sam the host was amazing and went over and above to make sure I had the best possible stay. I will definitely be staying here again.
