Come and discover this elegant accommodation, in the heart of the city centre of Gap.<br>Very atypical, spacious and very bright apartment, in an old chapel on the 4th floor which was used as rooms for the nuns.<br>Bathed in light, this apartment is through and offers two large skylights.<br>It is full of charm.<br>Period parquet and old cement tiles, completely renovated, all offering comfort.<br>Very quiet accommodation, offering a beautiful view of our cathedral and mountains.<br><br>The accommodation:<br>The Loggia delle Monache, is composed of 3 bedrooms, double beds, 4 season duvets, the bedding is completely new.<br><br>A bathroom with shower 120x70 with its wall, washbasin, washbasin, toilet, hair dryer, personal hygiene facilities.<br><br>A 2nd extra bathroom, with a sink and shower cubicle and a toilet with a sanibroyeur.<br><br>Our 2 water points are equipped with windows and VMC.<br><br>A beautiful fully equipped and functional kitchen.<br>Salt, pepper, spices, olive oil, vinegar, sugar and all household products are available.<br><br>Dining room and living room bathed in light offering you a beautiful view of the city skyline and our superb cathedral.<br>A large table for 6 guests.<br><br>Passenger access:<br>Living district in the heart of the city centre of Gap.<br>You will be close to all shops, bakery, butcher, chocolatier/pastry shop, florist, jewellery shop, newsagent, bookshop.<br>A wide choice of restaurants offering multiple flavours, as well as several pubs and snacks.<br>The swimming pool, cinema, shops, a playground for children.<br>Not to mention our Arena 5 minutes away for the pleasure of skating and especially our many ICE HOCKEY games with our team of hockey players LES RAPACES.<br><br>There are also our 2 markets per week.<br>One every Wednesday 2 seconds from the apartment and the 2nd every Saturday 2 minutes walk, products and specialities from the region are offered.<br><br>And if you don't want to walk, you should know that the bus, which is free for everyone and throughout the city and all year round, has several stops in our street.<br><br>Several parking spaces and paid and free parking all around.<br>You located between 20 minutes and 50 minutes from different lakes, such as Serres Ponçons, Baie Saint Michel, Savines, Embrun.<br>There are also all our ski resorts.<br><br>In the heart of the city centre of Gap, it is possible to do everything on foot, by bike and by bus which is totally free and for everyone.<br><br>Other remarks<br>The apartment is located on the 4th floor WITHOUT lift.<br>The period stairwell is very wide, the design of the stairs is made in such a way that when going up at your own pace you don't get tired.<br><br>NO SMOKING apartment, our pet friends are not allowed in the accommodation, because of the small garden or terrace.
