My family and I had a nice stay at this property. It’s close to restaurants and the canal. We like Townneck Beach. The back yard was fenced in so it was comforting to know our dog could stay with us on the back deck without worriment.

The home is really nice. Very roomy inside, the central air works great, bathrooms are great and new (we definitely missed no outdoor shower though). The bedrooms are very spacious except for the middle one upstairs but that’s minor. There’s no access to the basement which, although understandable is a minor nuisance if a breaker gets tripped (which happened, the realtor reacted quickly but wasn’t able to solve the issue and didn’t communicate if/when the problem would be fixed). Overall this home is great and we would definitely return. It’s close (walking distance) to the beach, the canal and the restaurants, and shopping center. An outdoor shower, cable tv, a lock on the 1st floor bath, and this is a 5 star stay all day.
