About this property

Beach House w/ Roof Deck, outdoor shower, firepit & AC!

Traditional cape style house with garage and kitchen expansion. Large roof deck with great views of Cape Cod Bay. Just a short stroll down the road is Sandwich Town Neck Beach and Boardwalk. In addition to the roof deck with a clear-view railing, the property also has a nice outdoor patio space under the shade of a magnolia tree with a table for 12, fire-pit and grill.

Inside on the main floor there is a large equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, a living room with a TV / firestick and two bedrooms (King bed / 2 twins). The second floor has a half bath and three bedrooms (Queen / King / Queen). The house also has central AC and Washer/Dryer.

Off-street parking is available for up to 5-6 cars (Depending on size), including the garage spot.
