Mr. Bill is absolutely wonderful! The property is gorgeous and on a GREAT location. Walkable distance to great food and incredibly clean. Mr. Bill is incredibly responsive to text and super helpful!! The price is unbeatable!We will be staying here again!

Great vacation space

The condo has the perfect amount of space for my family of 4. It was clean, great views, and the included beach chairs were a plus! Bill was a wonderful host and very responsive! We will definitely be back!

Communication with owner was great and condo had a great view. Also, there's a seafood market across the street called "the local steamer" and they'll cook it and you just pick it up and head across the street and enjoy great seafood right on the beach.

Emerald Beach

We had an awesome few days with an amazing balcony view overlooking the ocean. The condo is very convenient to some great restaurants which are within walking distance. The owner was great to work with and checked on us during our visit.

When we arrived, the condo was not cleaned properly. The host, Bill did everything he could do to make our stay the best it could be. He kept in constant communication with me during our stay, called before hand to share some ideas for restaurants and gave us a detailed explanation on the resort. Super friendly! The cleaning was completely out of his control and he has advised me he is looking for a new cleaning company. The location is perfect, the resort has so many different options and the view is absolutely stunning! The condo is right by the elevators, so that makes it convenient! We would stay here again as long as he changes cleaning company and mandates they do a quality check before the next guest checks in.

Beautiful condo and a great location! It was an amazing trip! He even recommended a place to eat within walking distance and it ended up being our favorite meal of the whole trip! Great time!
