New attractions nearby, Top Golf and Dolly Parton's Pirates Voyage. Updated 800 sq feet 1-bedroom, 1-bath with new furniture, tile floors and the best views of the gulf. New sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress. King size bedroom and also a bunk bed alcove. New kitchen cookware and amenities to please any chef. Take advantage of all the amenities Emerald Beach Resort offers. Starbucks on site as well as a Sunsations gift shop for all your beach needs. Covered garage parking for 2 vehicles plus 3 pools (two which are heated), tiki bar and Skybar overlooking Front Beach Road.

Great unit, great owner

We have stayed in this unit multiple times and the unit is always well kept and clean. Mark is a super nice guy and is very accomodating. We are already planning our next trip to the beach and will be staying in Mark's unit again.

Awesome first Florida Beach trip!

The view is perfect, the condo is bigger than the pictures look online! We never even used our car when we were there, we walked to everything! We would definitely stay there again when we go back to Florida!

AMAZING VIEWS

This was absolutely the best place we have ever stayed. The views were amazing, location was perfect, communication from Mark was great. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again. Run away island next door is a great restaurant next door and the best place we ate at. No complaints. Our staywsz perfect.

Nice getaway!

We needed a few more days somewhere warm(er) before heading north and home. Decided to check out the panhandle of Florida, something we hadn’t done yet. The location was great! Right on the beach, shops and restaurants in walking distance, up high enough to have a great view. We enjoyed walking the beach, watching people and the water, and the jets!

Beach Getaway

the condo was just as it appeared in the pictures. It was clean and the view was spectacular. We met many nice people there and hope to return again. Only one complaint and this is more on us...we could not figure out the remote! Somehow got it to all music and then all Spanish. Perhaps some direction for those of us non tech people. Otherwise, amazing and hope to return again! Thanks Mark!

Very Nice

We thought overall it was a very nice condo very clean. Great views of the beach incredible. Really good location. One thing that I would recommend for improvement is providing shampoo and soap for the bathroom when people are traveling that is very convenient for them.
