Enjoy indoor/outdoor living with large sliding doors from the living room and king bedroom to the lanai. The home has two bedrooms with large walk in closets and en-suite bathrooms. One with a King size Tempurpedic bed and the other with a new, super comfortable Queen bed.
Electric Sit/stand desk available for you if working from home. We provide all comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen, grill, cable tv, WiFi, toiletries, Keurig, Sonos speakers, etc.

George and I have been escaping Northern Illinois winters for the warmth, palm trees, dolphin sightings and stunning sunsets of Bonita Beach for over 30 years. We are so happy to finally be able to spend more than a week or two at a time with our own Bonita Getaway!
George’s parents and grandparents have been Snowbirds, or full time residents for over 50 years, Our next door neighbor (“George on the corner”) is George’s dad. We say, “family by birth, neighbors by choice”! He is always willing to help out if you need any local resources or have any questions regarding the property.

Why they chose this property
Nestled between Naples and Fort Myers location is close to everything- some of the best beaches in the country, lots of water sports, beautiful wildlife preserves, endless shopping possibilities, excellent restaurants and the airport.
We love this neighborhood! Everyone is friendly and the pool, pickle ball courts, clubhouse are great.
