The fully stocked kitchen includes all the essentials plus thoughtful extras like pizza pans, a crock pot, upgraded knives, and quality cookware. The spacious dining area seats up to seven guests, perfect for sharing meals or entertaining friends.
The bathroom features an upgraded stand-up shower, and both bedrooms include newer beds, pillows, and comforters for a restful night’s sleep. You’ll also find ceiling fans in the master bedroom, living room, and dining area—more than most units provide! The charming beadboard ceilings add an extra “beachy” touch, and the brand-new sleeper sofa includes a gel memory foam mattress for added comfort.
Outside, enjoy the tropical courtyard just downstairs, complete with seating for outdoor dining or happy hour. Charcoal grills are also available for guest use.

This condo is located on the second floor, and the complex does not have elevators, so guests must be able to climb stairs.

This complex faces the Gulf of Mexico and is steps from the sand. Directly in front of the complex is a grille for eating breakfast or lunch (or grabbing a cold beer or Bloody Mary), as well as beach equipment rentals located right on the entrance to the beach. Within easy walking distance are dozens upon dozens of restaurants and bars, shops, convenience and grocery stores:
What we love most about this complex is the quiet location off the beaten path of Gulf Boulevard, nuzzled among several residential complexes. The option to be among the crowds or lay low is completely up to you!
There is ample parking all around the complex and a digital parking pass is provided for one vehicle.
Once you are at St. Pete Beach, almost everything is within walking distance from the condo. Most restaurants and bars are within a few block radius. The closest grocery store is approx. 1 mile and there is Public Trolley and the SunRunner, Uber and Lyft. If you are looking for a beach stay vacay, you can skip the rental car!

- As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance personnel will need to enter the units once a month. During this time, they will be replacing air filters and inspecting smoke detectors. While we cannot provide an exact date for these routine checks, notices on the common area doors will be placed in advance to inform you.
