Perfect first vacation for our 11 month old. Just a step away from the beach, the host was super responsive with any questions we had. The room was clean and perfect for the three of us. You have a view of the neighboring hotel pool, but it is quiet and peaceful.

Property was as described. Small but well organized, very clean, and great location. I had a lovely time biking up and down the boardwalk, walking on the beach, Swimming in the pool, and visiting local coffee shops and restaurants.

Really cute building and grounds!! Studio was very clean, but seating was inadequate. All 4 bar stools had issues and the sack chair barely fit our 7 yr old granddaughter. Not crazy about the porch - no room to sit, and the pool is in the sun 100% of the time. If we used the grassy area, we would almost have to circle the building. Flowers and gardens are gorgeous!! The small zen garden near our entry was delightful!Emma - we really did appreciate your communication with us!! That is important to us and you went above and beyond!

Host responded quickly with any questions I had. The area was cute and compact and had all basic necessities. The room was quick access to the beach which we loved. It was still a bit chilly so we will need to come back when the weather cooperates, would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful 10 night stay! The property is at the end of the Boardwalk so it was nice and quiet but walking distance to everything! The condo is just like the photos. Highly recommend.

Room was clean and comfortable. It was a good size for myself and 2 adult children. Pool is clean. Very close to the beach. Full fridge, electric stove, full bathroom. Beds were comfortable. LOVED the memory foam topped queen bed. Quiet, safe area. Received several canned reminders about taking care of the property, cleaning up, no strong smelling food, etc. and reminders of what will incur additional charges. Info was very clear even though it was a bit overbearing. Overall a good, quiet stay.

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for quick access to the beach. A welcome plus was the restaurant adjacent to the building for outside dining. Would definitely recommend for a couples getaway spot.

Great cozy studio right at the end of the boardwalk!

This studio was newly remodeled and had everything my girlfriend and I needed to have a great stay. Being right on 40th was perfect for walking the whole boardwalk.

Great Location

Easy access to beach and boardwalk. Lots of good nearby restaurants within walking distance. Convenient parking. Place was clean, had everything we needed. The only complaint was the how loud the AC unit fan was in auto mode.We didn't sleep well, sojjst used ceiling fan the next night.
