We had three families and four grandchildren age three to six. The house is in good shape and easily accommodated our 5 adults and 4 children. The house is conveniently located within a short walk from the boardwalk to the beach. There was always room at the beach at the end of the boardwalk. All the amenities were working well and the water pressure was a big plus for anyone with long hair. The host very kindly provides cleaning supplies for any tar that you may need to clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes,and glasses. We had a smooth, problem free, very enjoyable stay and would stay here again!

The house was perfect for our stay. Great location just steps from the beach. Great for a large family or friends with 6 bedrooms. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely house located close to the beach

The beach house was perfect for our family and friends gathering over the Easter holidays. Lots of room and gathering space where everyone had the opportunity for privacy as needed. Loved the multi levels of the house. Definitely would stay there again.

Fantastic home with a great location

Home was perfectly appointed and ready for us. The downstairs patio area is a welcomed bonus. I recommend this house. Owners were communicative and checkin/checkout was smooth.

Family Gathering

The property was well maintained and supplied with necessary items for a stay over. Having 6 bedrooms was important for our family, so we had space for everyone. Definitely heading back to this property during a summer break.

Great experience and location

The house is in a great spot with an easy walk to the beach. Beach access for the car is just a block away. The house fit all of our family with great deck space to sit outside and talk. Pool access was great for the kids. Lee was excellent in helping us move one of our days to the end of the trip due to Hurricane Beryl. The house could use a couple updates but that's really getting nitpicky. Overall an excellent trip and house. Very happy for our week at here.

We had a great time. Plenty of room for 3 families. House needs work. Many small items missing, broken or worn. Need fresh paint. Lee is very responsive. But I expected better condition at this price point.

Worth the money

The place could use a little more TLC like new paint inside and a few things could be fixed. But overall it’s is great for the price. Nothing was wrong with it and we did enjoy it. I would rent again.

PASS ON THIS HOUSE, Needs a lot of refurbishing

The house is in overall poor condition. The range was unplugged because it was in need of replacement. We were unable to cook for a house full of people until the second day. We had only 5 dining chairs, one of the arm chair had only one arm, and most of the furniture was in poor condition. They offered a late check out for our inconvenience of not being able to cook-HAHA. Blame the owner, the management company and the cleaning crew. The house was not cleaned well & the deck rails outside had bird poop on the wood (not vinyl) railings. I could go on & on, I've been in the building business for over 40 yrs, and we are STR host also, this house is in need of much refurbishing & refurnishing.

Great for families.

Large property, 4 BR and 1 open loft BR. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, bowls, pans utensils. No garlic press, blender is weak. No food processor. Ran out of paper towels second day. No tissues. Ice maker did not work so bring cube trays. Filtered water from fridge is VERY slow, but the tap water is awful so we were patient. roku tv has very confusing remote setup and our adult sons who have roku said it’s set up weird and it’s more difficult than it should be. Tv in master br did not work. Not sure about other TVs because we did not use them. 2nd floor patio door was warped and hard to open. Grill does not have a lid. All that being said (just giving a heads up) this is a great location. 5 min to beach, steps to the pool. 5 min drive to shops. AC works great. Quite neighborhood on small street so no through traffic. The best part is we were 9 adults and we had plenty of space to spread out. Never had cold showers. Good water pressure.

Wonderful Location - Property needs some work

The location was great and the house was the perfect layout for a group of friends and family. It needs some upkeep though. The dishwasher doesn't wash well and isn't screwed into the cabinet anymore. The wall in the entryway wasn't clean. The upstairs toilet needs the guts replaced. Some of the bathrooms didn't have soap. We requested that and paper towels and didn't receive it.

Sand Point - So Awesome!!

Exceeded our expectations, and we will be back. Well appointment home with all of the necessary amenities. Could not have been happier with our stay. Our only wish was that the weather cooperated a bit earlier in our stay. :)

Nice House but Needs Dusting

Nice home with a decent location. My biggest complaint is the home had a lot of dust and some of the towels had stains. Checkout is at 10am, unless you pay more. My thought is, if I’m checking out at 10am so the cleaners can come by, then the home shouldn’t be dusty

Highly Disappointed

We started our vacation with the trash having not been emptied. I texted the owner and he kept promising it would be removed. After 4 days of smelly trash, we decoded to leave. The neighborhood was nice, however, the first night, the neighbors across the street seemed to have the same sized home for rent. They proceeded to bring in over 30 people and then took over the community pool so no one could enjoy the pool at night. It happened again the second night. It seemed like there were no rules for anyone on the street. As the house celebrated across the street, they proceeded to fill whatever was left ing our trash cans so ithe trash started over flowing. I alerted the owner and he kept saying the 'manager' was coming to empty the bins. It never happened. What a disappointment. I was disgusting!

We are a small community of very nice homes right on the beach. These are not cheap properties and all the owners are great people. I’m sorry the people next door to you were loud but there is little I can do about that. I called the owner and he talked to his guest. My other guest next door to you said they were not bad and they couldn’t really hear them. Also, the trash situation on the entire island is an issue. It is not just our house or our neighborhood. There is a shortage of drivers. Even with that we still came and picked it up our selves and paid to have to disposed of. To leave us one stars based on these two issues is extremely disappointing. We have a beautiful clean house in one of the best locations on the island.

Great place for family reunion

The house was perfect for the family reunion we had this past weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for all. The boardwalk access to the beach was an added bonus. We'll definitely be back!

Just as advertised - perfect for family beach trips

We had a great time staying at Lee’s place. We really didn’t run into any issues but if we did I’m sure Lee would have helped as he was very responsive. Nice community, beach views, big porches, I’d absolutely stay with Lee again.
