About this property

Relaxing Bradenton Guesthouse Near Everything

This comfortable guest home is attached to the main house, but has completely separate living space. Private fenced patio / yard area (approximate total private fenced in outdoor space is 500 Sq Ft) with a seating area and chaise lounge chairs off the bedroom. Situated at the end of a small street, it is designed to be relaxing, private and very quiet. Close to everything but has limited traffic and little street noise. Perfect place to refresh and recharge!

This location is a great home base for people wanting to come to the area to visit beaches or do other site-seeing. We are a close 10-15 minute drive to the beach, 3 minute drive so many stores (groceries, etc); 7 minutes to many stores such as Home Depot, Five Below, LA Fitness gym, restaurants, etc)

Any pets would be accepted on an individual basis. Please message the host in advance. We have a strict rule that dogs must be on leash at all times while outside of the unit. This is very strict we have had complaints from neighbors from past guests who let their dogs outside of the unit without a leash and this is against the law and strictly against the rules. Thank you for your understanding.


Wifi is provided as a free amenity. Host will not be responsible for any outages out of host's control. It is very rare, but any outage will not result in any refunds. I only mention because we had an outage due to a tropical storm and got many many messages from a guest and I don't want to promise that we will never have an outage as it would be out of my control.

Basic cable TV included. Some upgraded channels but not all. Also, we have an Amazon firestick and a Roku that you can use to sign into your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV or other streaming provider of your choice.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Quiet stay in bradenton

Came to Bradenton to visit my wife's sister who just had a baby. We were looking for a place to stay in between the hustle and bustle of visiting a new born. This place was perfect at the end of a dead end street, just what we Needed. Only 5 mins from her sister. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in bradenton.

Great Bradenton Stay!

I just stayed at this property and was very happy with the experience. It’s a no frills place but had everything we needed and was the perfect size for what we needed. The owner of the property was very responsive and responded to all my questions within ten minutes. If arriving at night it is very dark because of no street lights! Great stay, would definitely stay again!

April wedding on Anna Maria Island

The property was exactly as described on the Vrbo site. I was not sure how to get the details needed to locate this rental, such as the address and how to gain entrance. The owner, Andrea was most helpful and gracious.

A lovely getaway

While on an extended trip, I spent a few days here, near where I grew up. I enjoyed it very much, especially the patio where I read while eating breakfast and listening to myriad bird songs. Check in was a bit tricky. I'm used to getting information at least the night before. In this case, the door code was sent shortly before my arrival time, when I had no Wifi. After I went to the main residence to ask for help and logged into the house Wifi, I received the message. My only other comment is that each night, not long before I turned in, there was a noise over the bedroom I can only describe as an elephant taking a bath. It was brief and at a reasonable time, so it wasn't a problem but I thought it should be noted. Overall, a peaceful respite in a lovely home. I would consider staying here on my next trip.

Great Price Point & Location

We came to the area for the weekend and were not looking to spend a ton of money on our accomodations. This rental a great price! Nice accomodations without breaking the bank. Very centrally located. Close to airport, beach, lots of restaurants, and grocery stores. The property was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Bed was clean and comfortable. This is a smaller unit of a shared "split" house and was perfect for our stay. The only negative is we could hear the neighbors pretty often. This is of course no fault of the host as she does ask that you be respectful of the other guest. The host was nice and very responsive to all messages.

We stayed 3 weeks. It's within minutes of Anna Maria Isle beaches, Village of the Arts and the Riverwalk as well as beautiful Bray county park with facilities for every outdoor activity imaginable. Large patio with privacy fencing was lovely. Would stay here again.

The AC was installed by prior owner (we purchased the property in March 2021) who had it set up as a vacation rental and we had no complaints until you and 1 other guest so didn't know it was an issue. We have installed AC in the bedroom now - was added shortly after your stay so it's there now ! :)
