Stunning location and cozy house

This place was lovely! The house was comfortable and clean. You cannot beat the location. Walkable to the beach with a beautiful ocean view. We would definitely recommend!

The house was comfortable and clean. The sheets and the bed, were nice. Everything worked. The layout was nice. The kitchen had adequate cooking utensils, nice pots/pans, and dishes. The towels were very nice quality.The decks and deck furniture were really enjoyed. My wife spent more time on the decks and the easily accessible beach. Great views. It was very comforting being able to bring the dogs. They acclimated well and loved the beach too.We’ll definitely be back.

This adorable beach house was perfect for us. It is close enough to the beach that we didn’t have to set up on the beach for the day. The breeze on the patio all day long was lovely.

We very much enjoyed our stay! However the appliances, carpet and tile are very outdated and or broken and patio and kitchen drawers were very dirty. The bed in the room with the washer and dryer was extremely comfortable, we really enjoyed the large patio and upper deck. I would say the stairs going up to the main floor need tending to.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It had plenty of room for our family of 4 and my parents. I’m glad we got to bring our dog along as well. We will definitely be returning sometime.

Great views of the Gulf and easy walk to the beach. Nice comfortable home with great balcony. New smart TVs and good WiFi. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean property and super great Host. We had one issue with the AC not cooling properly on the first day but the host had a HVAC tech at the property within one hour of my message. Bathroom is updated nicely. The property could use a little updating with some of the electrical outlets (either didn't work, or plugs would not stay in). All in all a great host and nice beachfront home that allows pets!

The house was clean and fresh when we arrived. Parking was easy. Beach access was very convenient by driving or walking. The neighborhood was quiet. Everything we needed was provided by the host. The beach view was nice. This host allowed pets which most properties do not. Everything was as advertised. Kathy was easy to communicate with. We would stay there again given the opportunity!

Perfect place for a family getaway.

Cozy, comfortable home near private access beach. Close enough to town to enjoy Moody Gardens and The Strand, but removed enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Highly recommended!

Less than expected

We clearly reserved a 3 bedroom, 3 bed House on the beach. We got a two bedroom, 2 bed. So we had to set up camp for one in the living room where they slept on the couch. Can you say false advertising!

Our favorite place to stay when visiting Galveston

This is our favorite beach house to stay in when visiting Galveston. It comfortably accommodates the two of us and our dog. We like the covered deck and the deck furniture and that despite all the other houses around it feels cozy and secluded. We prepare a lot of our own meals while on vacation and this house is well stocked with kitchen utensils to help make that easy. NOTE: The access road to the neighborhood is between the beach and the dunes and is susceptible to flooding even with tropical storms. We were unable to leave the neighborhood for most of a day when Tropical Storm Arthur (2026) rolled through. Just be aware of this and plan accordingly should tropical storms be on the forecast.

Charming Coastal Cottage

Absolutely LOVED our week-long stay! Adorable cottage in a quiet neighborhood on the beach, this was one of our favorite vacations. We will definitely be returning- highly recommend
