What makes this property unique
Our home sits on a 10 acre parcel with only two neighbors to the west. The views at sunset are beautiful looking into the Tucson mountains, the views in the morning coming over the Catalina mountains, beautiful. On occasion while sitting at either patio you'll see a pack of Javelina walking the trail where you'll want to be very quiet not to disturb so yes we offer it all, if there's something we can do for you so that you choose us over them please let us know thank you.
