The location of this property was amazing as was the view from the balcony. The A/C unit in the bedroom was nice. It was overall clean and functional. We would stay here again.

The condo was well stocked with all of the necessities for a week stay. The view from the condo was lovely. The pool access was great. The portable A/C unit had a difficult time keeping up and only cooled the bedroom space.

Great view. I knew the complex was older, but I’ve stayed in other Poipu Kai which were much cleaner. Some windows and doors need locking mechanism adjustment, as the locks did not work (sliding door specifically).

We had a wonderful 11 day stay. Location was perfect, we snorkeled at Poipu every morning before heading out to explore the island.

Great vacation rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, very comfortable and with an ocean view. Check in was easy, we loved the keyless entry and good communication. The pool could get a little noisy at times, but for the most part it was quiet and peaceful here, with everything you needed for a great vacation.

Adequate space to be sure. And if I was here for vacation I'm sure I wouldn't have had an issue with the AC issue. Just know AC is only available in the bedroom, from a temporary unit. Kept the bedroom adequately cool, but the rest of the condo was muggy and warm. I ended up leaving the entry door open when in the unit for some airflow and set fans blowing on me where I wet up to work at the dining area. After work would have liked have AC to go home too and worked from the room a lot of the day.

After we got over the surprise that we weren’t on ground floor, we soon realized the best view was from 2nd level! we loved the place. Roomy, comfy, well supplied kitchen. Could use new linens and a walk in shower would be great.

Great quiet location with a short walk to 2 nice beaches; Brennecke's and Poipu. Beach chairs and umbrella included in closet.Kitchen adequately stocked for cooking, and outdoor grill was clean and worked well.The bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable.Air mattresses were in closet if you plan to have more than 2 people.

My wife and I loved our stay here. Great access to Poipu, and the check-in was very easy. The management company called us multiple times to make sure how we were doing, which was very helpful.

Amazing view

Really enjoyed my time at this residence. 5 min walk to beach, with amazing ocean view from back patio. This was a great stay that I recommend for any other travelers to Poipu.

Great location for seeing the sights but the unit gets very hot. We tried everything to keep it cool. Thank goodness for the AC in the bedroom that’s where we stayed most of the time. The unit itself is dated but functional.
