Girls Trip

We looked at previous reviews and thought this would be great. However the pictures are not what you see in the house. Paint is peeling off lots of walls and the ceiling. Had to call to have garbage picked up , refrigerator fixed. Three ceiling fans didn’t work three different lights didn’t work. This was not in a good neighborhood. It was close to a bus stop which was accurate.

Good Space

The house has good space and parking is confident. It is good for families; but we wouldn’t stay here again. The walls are very thin and we heard everything the neighbors did and could even hear them just walking around; which was a challenge for young kids nap times and early bedtimes. The yard had lots of ant piles, so while we thought the kids could spend time outside that was not an option. The house overall was clean, but needs some minor repairs to things which is somewhat expected in an old home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this place! We came here for an bachelorette trip and ended up with 9 people and this house accommodated us just fine. The beds were really comfortable and we used the pull out couch. We had plenty of dining space. The yard was a good size if we would have brought a dog with us. There was a grocery store and coffee shop within walking distance and everything downtown was a short drive. We even took the 30 minute drive to tybee island!

Good house for a small group

Nice stay with rooms for everyone. Spacious, full kitchen. Convenient backyard with 2 parking spaces in the back, as well as street parking. Within walking distance of Forsyth Park, and a bus stop to take you into the city. Be mindful of when they do street sweeping so you can move your car, or you will get a ticket like we did.

We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to to

We were able to walk any where we wanted to go. They asked us to pick up our dog poop from the yard. The yard was not well kept and there was no popper scooper. We rent from VRBO often but this house had the lest amount of necessities of any home we have rented. One bed had dog hair in the sheets. Other than these few complaints we enjoyed our stay. The home was located near Forsythe Park. We were able to walk to River St also. We enjoyed Savannah and being able to take our dogs.

Very Pleasant, Great Ambiance

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was as advertised, for us it was within walking distance to most everything we wanted, except the beach. We are in our 60's and fairly fit, and weren't terribly taxed. Some have described the neighborhood as "sketchy." There were a couple of abandoned homes nearby, but everyone we met in the neighborhood was friendly. As for safety, my wife would walk the neighborhood early in the morning, without concern. I recommend this location highly. The Lucky Savannah staff maintained contact and informed us of what we needed to know when we needed to know it. A very smooth rental. There is a nice neighborhood grocery store nearby, Kroger.

Had the utensils and kitchen equipment. Was very clean. Walked to many of our desired attractions. My only remark would be the backyard lawn needed cutting but I really didn’t mind. The flies from the city trash cans kept me away from the yard anyway.

Great house! Great location!!

Wonderful house, perfect room set up for the seven of us. One being a family with three children. Had everything there were needed. Only downfall if you have someone with bad knees or mobility issue, there were big staircase to get upstairs to the bedrooms. Other than that, everything was perfect. Within a five minute walk to Forsythe Park.

Plenty of space and beds for big parties and we were able to walk to Forsyth park in 10-15 minutes! About 5 minute uber ride away from the general downtown area. Airbnb was very clean and had sufficient supplies. I think the downstairs sofa couch bed should have a blanket provided and the trundle beds should have an extra blanket provided as well there was only topper sheets provided. The room with the trundle beds could also have an extension cord since there’s no outlet near the bed. The sofa couch bed downstairs had black dog hair and lint all over the sheets not sure if it wasn’t washed or it just rubbed off from the couch but overall everything was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again everyone in our party had a good experience and the check in / check out process was really simple. 9/10 for sure!

It was excellent having thermostats on each floor, plenty of toiletries & kitchen fully stocked. Tons of games and seating for all. Internet throughout the house was effective and strong. Great ease of keyless door entry. Pictures on site are accurate. Lucky Savannah management was responsive and friendly. Parking was no issue & 2 spots in back. Grass needs to be cut in the backyard.There was a grill, table and seating. Note there are 2 bathrooms, but all the 4 bedrooms are upstairs and One bathroom upstairs. The second bathroom is next to kitchen. Both bathrooms were okay & modern,but the upstairs bathroom has a massive window by the toilet. The toilet is flush to wall. Tight spot. The annoying curtain hanging needs to be replaced with a narrow blind. The house was clean but 1st flr bathroom had black long hairs by the bowl. Hence 4 stars in cleanliness. Dog friendly with up to 2 dogs permitted is great and the details for them is cool. Maintenance needs to do some updates and upkeep. The electric sockets in master bedroom don’t work behind the bed and under center window. Making nightstand lights, and plugging chargers, annoying. They do provide 2 extension cords. Which means, they are clearly aware of the electrical issues. If they fixed the electrical sockets then there would be no need to choose whether to plug lights or our chargers. Put a smart tv in main bedroom, and check electric socket. Light bulbs need to be checked in every room. The bathtub mat had mold, didn’t use it. The coffee pot lid is broken. Overall a great experience. Yes, we would come back.

I loved the space in all the rooms, the kitchen was exceptional and my granddaughter redesigned her room accordingly to the bonus space. My only complaint was no TV's in the rooms. Our 2 little dogs loved the yard and space. The grass was high and uncut. But after a phone call, it was cut immediately
