Amazing home!!! Listing is extremely accurate and the house offers so many extras!! We had a group of 6 adults, 4 teens and 3 little ones ( 5) and it was perfect! Lots of things to do and the house is HUGE!!!

I recently stayed at this beach house and had an incredible experience. The description of the property was completely accurate, and it delivered everything that was promised. The amenities were excellent, offering plenty to do for everyone, from relaxing by the water to enjoying the well-equipped spaces indoors. Our host, Amanda, was extremely responsive and accommodating, making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. This beach house is a perfect spot for a family vacation, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway.

Beautiful property on the river. The host provides two kayaks and a paddleboard which we used and saw 4 manatees. Host was very quick to respond to minor issues/questions we had. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. Would definitely rent from Amanda again.

This property was amazing. Our family vacation will be a longtime memory. The location was perfect (private but minutes to the beach, local restaurants and other beautiful towns.) The property was so clean, comfortable, pool and spa loved by all, the kitchen and dining area beautiful and well equipped. The recreational equipment a definite plus. The host was welcoming, gracious and attentive. Look forward to returning in the future…

My family and I enjoyed our stay! Pictures do not do the house justice. The house is truly luxurious and private. The second floor terrace is amazing for entertaining and gathering. We highly recommend for large families that would like to stay in the Southwest, Florida area!

This house is gorgeous. The property is large, well appointed, and great for entertaining. There is a ton of indoor and outdoor space. The pool and hot tub were easy to operate. There were a ton of games (pool, arcade, board games and the barroom slide game). There were kayaks, fishing poles, beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys. The house had everything. This is a great property!

Beautiful quiet nature all around

Loved our stay, all family had privacy, own bathroom. Views from pool and lanai are awesome. Sit on dock for a peaceful meditation. Watch the sunrise and even saw a few dolphins.

Unbelievable Property!

We had the best vacation at Amanda’s home in Bonita Springs!! The house had absolutely everything we needed. Each family had their own space and the rest of the house was perfect for gathering. The outdoor spaces provided so much fun and relaxation. I highly recommend this property as your next vacation spot!!

Highlights included: location (close to beach, restaurants, airport.); River (everyone loved watching and waving at the boats going by); outdoor space (2nd floor lanai was our most used area); house ammenties (toddler items were a great add along with pool toys).Owners were responsive and great to deal with. This was an amazing rental! The house has an open yet comfy feel to it with a view of the water from most of the rooms. Everything was very clean and in working order. The layout can accommodate a large family easily. Kitchen was fully stocked and everything you need for the pool and beach was provided. The game room, pool, hot tub, shuffleboard and ping pong table offers something for all ages. Our teenage boys claimed the whole bottom floor as their personal domain! The elevator worked well and is perfect for families needing some assistance with stairs. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Amanda was a perfect host. Very attentive and great communications. We will definitely rent again!

Family Birds Celebration

Loved everything about our stay. There we 10 adults and 2 children and the house was perfect! Bathrooms in every bedroom. The pool was refreshing. The water access, the games in the lower level. Plenty of indoor/outdoor space. All made for a wonderful stay. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

The property was exactly as advertised. Pool and hot tub were great. Elevator worked great and was very convenient just inside from the garage. Setting on the Imperial River was also very nice. We definitely would look to stay here again in the future. Amanda was very helpful and responded to our questions promptly.

Great house and host!

Beautiful house on the water. Clean and big. Photos are very accurate. Lots of activities. Pool is great. Host is so responsive. Surrounding area is fine - grocery and restaurants close by. Beach is great. Generally would recommend the big house for a great family gathering. Super quiet too.

Incredible from start to finish!

We did a family vacation here for spring break and just wow! It comfortably fit couples, grandparents and children. The outdoor lanai was what dreams were made of! We loved spending time out there. We paddle boarded every day and enjoyed bike rides and long afternoons in the pool. As soon as our stay ended, we started to check availability for another vacation in the future! Couldn’t recommend it more!
