Located in the Beaurivage residence in Erquy, this 70 m² dual-aspect two-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 4 guests on the first floor with lift access. Its direct access to the central beach, approximately 25 metres away, makes seaside days easy without travel constraints.

The living and dining area opens onto a sea-view balcony through a large bay window. Two sun loungers make it possible to enjoy the view after the beach. The room also includes a sofa, dining table and large sideboard.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped for easy meal preparation during the stay: ceramic hobs, mini oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and filter coffee maker.

Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 bedroom with double bed 140x190
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 80x200 that can be joined to form a double bed

The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower screen. The toilet is separate.

A public car park located opposite the residence provides parking close to the property.

Shops are approximately 400 metres away and the fishing harbour around 800 metres from the residence. From the apartment, guests can easily alternate between the beach, walks along the promenade, Erquy town centre and outings towards Cap d’Erquy.
