We canโ€™t say enough wonderful things about our experience. The place was clean and inviting. We especially liked how close it was to restaurants. We could walk to trolley pick up. We felt very safe in the neighborhood.

Beautiful house. Excellent location. Some areas need a bit of attention. One bathroom upstairs is rundown. Some pans were dirty in the kitchen. Overall very happy.

Very clean & nice property. Everything was as described. as far as proximity to Broadway & all the bars, it may not be walkable for many people, especially in the heat of the summer. But we knew that ahead of time. Communication with the managers was pretty decent other than the fact that I kept getting repeated emails from Stay Minty saying I needed to finish the registration when i had already finished days earlier. And the fact that we only got the check in code a couple hours ahead of our check in. No problem except most vrbo's give you the code right away on the day of check in. Parking could be a challenge if you are driving a bigger vehicle. But all in all this is a very nice clean property & the surrounding neighborhood was nice.
