"Nanoune", a genuine stone Pornichet villa dating from the beginning of the last century (1905) in the heart of the Bay of La Baule. Exceptional location on Pornichet's main street, but in a peaceful setting (set back from the road, at the end of a large, fully enclosed garden planted with trees), 5 minutes' walk from the station and shops and 300 minutes from the beach! The property has a lock-up garage, an out-of-sight terrace with a large wooden family table, a veranda overlooking the garden.
