The Doll House, a historic house is located in the Catskills in the Hamlet of Andes on 1.5 acres close to downtown. The Majestic King Suite is on the 2nd floor-very private with a French door opening to a private balcony. The 500sq. ft. room has a high vaulted ceiling, hard wood floors, a king size bed with a luxury mattress, an electric fireplace. En suite bathroom has double vanity, separate shower stall and a 2-person jacuzzi tub. The outdoors have beautifully landscaped gardens with multiple sitting areas on the bank of a mountainous bubbling creek.

Will definitely be back!

First of all, I still can't get over how beautiful the home is. We stayed for a few days while on a ski trip and couldn't be happier! Our room was gorgeous, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the huge tub in the bathroom was heaven after a long day on the slopes. The property manager, Gleb, was a delight and not only was he incredibly helpful but he was a joy to chat with. The town is delightful as well. It's quaint and everything is walking distance from the house. We will definitely be back! 10/10!

Charming old house

We stayed for one night. The room and bathroom were large and comfortable as described. Everything was clean. We didn't use the kitchen during our stay but it seemed to have everything one would need. Check in was easy and quick and Gleb was super friendly. The location in Andes is good - you can walk to where are the cafes and bars are located. Our only issue was that the heat should have been turned on in our room before our arrival as it took it a while to warm up. We would stay here again should we find ourselves in the area.

We love the City where Paul has spent most of his life. We are both retired and spend time between the USA, Dominican Republic and Europe. We enjoy Andes tranquility, and our historic one-of-the- kind house which we lovingly renovated making into a home with all modern amenities. And we love to host people...We want our guests to enjoy the whole property-inside and outside with its water features and beautiful gardens.

The Doll House is a unique property. The style is Victorian Queen Anne style. The house dates to 1900s and was built by a wealthy local family. It is a 5,000 sq ft historic unique property with beautiful original features and modern amenities. The kitchen is an inside/outside room with three French doors. The rooms have their own characters. A separate 3rd floor apartment! This house is a whimsical space that can be enjoyed by anyone - in-town trails, walking distance to downtown restaurants, bubbling creek in the back, an orchard of its own.
