This two story five bedroom and six bathroom home was built in 2012 and is perfect for multi-generational families. Spacious chef kitchen with top of the line appliances, open floor plan with dining and great room. Downstairs master bedroom with bath and additional four ensuite upstairs bedrooms with private sitting area. Pool, outdoor shower and covered deck with gas grill. Large lawn and wood outdoor playset and basketball net perfect for kids! Central A/C. Minimum stay: 14 nights, per Southampton Code.
