Mega Mansion in the Hamptons

The house was spectacular. Fun, clean, tons of sports and the best part was the club in the basement. Highly recommend to stay here as a large group of friends.

We are family of 12 people raging in age from 17 to 84. We had a lovely time at the property, even amid two snowstorms. The house and property are beautiful with ample space for our group. Lawrence was very responsive to any inquiries. The back yard is spectacular for the summertime with anything your heart could desire being available for use. Lovely area as well.

Great time and ample space

Had a great time staying at Lawrence’s home. The property manager, Steve was incredibly responsive. This house is great for a large group as it has ample space and something for everyone!

This house was absolutely perfect for my family and me. 28 of us spent a 5 day weekend, to celebrate my wife and I turning 60. We all had a great time, eating, drinking and playing games. The house had everything we needed and then some. There was plenty of sporting equipment available to play basketball, tennis, pickleball and volleyball. The pool is beautiful, albeit a little chilly. The only suggestions I have are to bring wash clothes (the house doesn't have any) and make sure you follow the hot tub directions carefully. Lawrence will send you a video. Make sure you add the chemical as directed. All in all, I would definitely recommend this house. It provided everything we need for a weekend we will never forget

Hamptons getaway

My stay @ the compound was nothing short of sensational. We were a very large group & the accommodations for everyone were incredible. We were very comfortable & the host Lawrence epitomized True professionalism & was attentive & helpful in every way & @ all times.I recommend this house to all. It’s conveniently located. Very comfortable for a large group

We had about 12 ladies staying together for a weekend away before the wedding. We were so excited to be away together with no kids in such a relaxing setting. There was little need to even leave the house since the backyard offered such a pretty setting. We loved how there were enough loungers, daybeds and umbrellas for everyone and the pool was so nice and a great temperature. We didn’t want to leave the backyard. Was also in a good location to walk or jog into town. Comfortable beds too for a large group!

Amazing summer vacation rental

I rented This house for me and 17 of my friends and we had a blast! The property manager was super friendly and helpful answering all our questions. The house itself was immaculate and exactly like the photos. Each bedroom was spacious with a nice bathroom attached. The pool and hot tub were huge hits among my friends and almost every lounge chair had its own umbrella. The house has surround sound speakers which made playing music inside and outside easy and so much fun. 10/10 reccomend staying here.

10/10 Experience - An Absolute Hamptons MUST!!

I wish I could give my weekend a 6/5 stars. The house is absolutely gorgeous and the photos just do not do this place justice! Lawrence is a gracious host and our entire experience from booking to check-out was so enjoyable. Perfect birthday celebration weekend

Thank you. We had a fabulous time at your beautiful property and wish we could stay longer! The weather was PERFECT allowing us s to enjoy the outdoors with all the beautiful amenities! The children and grandchildren took full advantage of the basketball, volleyball, tennis court,and pool while we ( grandma and grandpa ) enjoyed watching their antics! We also had a professional photographer come to take precious family pictures on your magnificent landscape! This house is great! ❤️

A fantastic place for family and friends

We were 17 people, 5 families from Sweden, visiting late June 2024. It is a great place to stay with plenty of space and lots of activities available. The lovely Town of Sag Harbor is within walking distance (30-40 min) and the beautiful surrounding is great for jogging and walking. The house is spacious and even if the weather is not perfect it is easy to find your private space. The support and check-in and out works like clockwork. There are many more positive things to say but in short, a great stay and an easy way to experience the Hamptons. Highly recommended. /Peter with family and friends

Amazing time at a fabulous property

Our group of 20 friends and family had so much fun at this home! Plenty of space to relax and play, we barely left the property. The 9 bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group of families, and the kids enjoyed having their own space to hang out. We also loved that there was enough space for all of us to have meals together. Everyone enjoyed the huge heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, and beach volleyball and basketball courts. Lots of equipment and games to use, plenty of pool and bath towels for guests. Lots of privacy, close to Sag Harbor town with quaint local shops, and minutes away from nearby Bridgehampton for larger stores. The owner was very responsive and we had great communication before and throughout our stay, and he consistently checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property!

The outside property was terrific. Unfortunately we had rain. Inside we were not as happy. Instead of hand towels they supplied paper wipes. Not for a luxury property. The AC was locked. All we could do was turn it on or off. It was way too cold in the house. For a house with none bedrooms there were too many rules and too little supply of items in the kitchen. The dishwasher was very difficult. The pool was supposed to be heated. It wasn’t. The manager never responded to any request or information. I expected more and was disappointed.

Okay winter stay

For the most part the home was clean with the exception of the very dirty kitchen cabinets and one toilet. Some things were just messy, too. Things inside of cabinets were very disorganized and there were odd items laying around like a lone EarPod, pen, necklace, empty water bottle. The fireplace screen in the master didn’t work but that wasn’t a big deal. There’s really only one tv for any common spaces so we couldn’t all comfortably watch anything together. The sound system worked really well. The tennis and basketball court were in excellent shape. There was plenty of parking and everyone enjoyed having their own bed and bathroom. Kitchen appliances all worked well and there were enough dishes for our large group. All in all we had a great time.

hi Layla sorry you would have to be after five years of renting houses are very first not five star review I can answer you by saying that when you rent a house that is for the summer during the winter and you were paying probably less than 25% of its normal rate, there are gonna be things that are not active. There is no active fireplace in the master and when you’re having more than 17 people staying in a house, we do not have multiple common areas as this isn’t a share house or party house Every bedroom there are six specifically all have their own private TVs so the house is not typically used for 18 people to watch TV more so to use the courts which you were nice enough to complement us on Pieces of jewelry people who come in and stay before you and that day after and some people do leave things behind, and we tend to put them in the drawers. A few books we put them in the book cabinet. If some of the kitchen drawers were disorganized or seem to be clean, you were only guest of the winter so if the housekeepers overlooked something we apologize we ourselves on our five star ratings all the guests that stay at our property so I guess choosing a compound in the winter you’re gonna have to be flexible with some of its condition and management. as a random water bottle that would’ve probably belong to your group as you were a large group it is impossible for you to know what you think you found didn’t belong to. You might’ve belong to somebody else. we tend to have lost and found people do items and sometimes we don’t see everything we do the best we can to maintain our five star ratings and our wonderful guest experiences

The property was everything claimed and much more. The house manual and additional instructions were clear, copious and extremely helpful. The house itself was immaculate, well laid out and spacious and the sleeping accommodations were plentiful. The kitchen was large and designed perfectly for feeding and accommodating a large group. It was exceptionally well stocked with utensils and equipment and everything was clearly labeled for very easy location and use. But the real show stopper for this marvelous property is the outdoor space. It included a large pool, full size basketball court, full tennis court and a volley ball court. The kids were enthralled and at times, we didn’t even know they were there. In addition to all those amenities the outdoor space itself was immense and the setting was bucolic. The owner Lawrence was extremely attentive and very easy to deal with. He’s a pro’s pro and has this process wired. It was easy from beginning to end and nothing but fun and memories. I would highly recommend this property to anyone needing a larger place

Memorable, Memorable, Memorable

The family memories we created at this property were priceless. The best way to describe this place is a family resort, with a fun-funky twist of style that make it even more interesting. Lawrence and Steve (the manager and owner) were great guys and very responsive. We did experience some appliance issues that couldn't reasonably be addressed during our stay, but I chalk that up as being just an unfortunate matter. Don't hesitate to choose this property ...it is certainly special and memorable, and I am confident that Lawrence and Steve will help you make this a positive experience.

What a blast!

Great property for a large crew! The layout of the house is very functional-all the bedrooms were comfortable and clean, the kitchen/dinning area is large with 2 large refrigerators (much needed for large parties), and the speakers throughout the house and the the club was a huge hit. The outside of the property is even better. The highlight of the weekend was our “Olympics” theme day - we played bocce ball, volleyball, pickle ball, and basketball - then we all cooled off in the pool after! Lastly, the owner and the property manager were both very helpful, responsive, and pleasant.

Great Stay - Amazing House and Property

We had a great time with two families for a whole week. Tennis, pool, basketball, volleyball - fun on the huge lawn too! The pool was great, sound system everywhere and more than enough space and bathrooms for everyone. So close to town, bay beaches and ocean beaches. Lawrence's communication was great and he made for such a great stay for us. We will definately go back next year!

Best July 4 Hamptons Experience Ever

Spent the July 4th long weekend at this special Sag Harbor house. It was absolutely wonderful - spacious house, fantastic facilities, clean and top quality pool and hot tub etc. Really loved the location close to Sag Harbor town. Special mention for Lawrence - he was incredibly attentive, responding to all questions, and completely intent on making sure we had a great weekend. We had a big group (20ppl) and every single person had a memorable experience. 100% will be returning.

Fun in Sag Harbor

We had a great time with a great house which caters to groups. Our young teens had a blast with the tennis, volleyball, basketball and pool and hot tub. Lovely and peaceful for the adults too!

Incredible time!

We had such an incredible time on this trip! We unfortunately had terrible weather but we were all thrilled to have so many activities in the house, we didn’t even need to go outside! That being said, the outdoor space on this house is unmatched. There’s every summer sport under the sun. We will definitely go back for a weekend with nice weather!
