Grand Family room flows into the kitchen & formal dining. All new furnishings, TVs, decor. Natural stone flooring in entire living space and patios. Enjoy surround sound through speakers for your vacation atmosphere. Kitchen stocked with all you need for cooking and dining. New built-in BBQ grill on the patio along with sink and under counter beverage fridge. In the garage you can find plenty of the beach gear, lounge chairs, umbrellas and bicycles for your use.
The Villages private recreation area is located a short walk away, features heated pool, spa, exercise room, entertainment area with BBQ.
Guests have exclusive access to the gated Beach Club at Makaiwa Bay with sand beach, Palm trees, lounging cabanas, lifeguards. Next to the Bay take a walk around historic King's Fish Ponds with its bridges, paved walking paths that leads through palm grove to the ancient Quinn Bath.
Right on the beach you can order lunch, drinks or have a fancy dinner at sunset with live music in Na'pua Restaurant.
Water activities include scuba diving, kayaking, paddle boarding, world class snorkeling on a beautiful reef with spectacular colorful fishes, turtles, and exiting seasonal whale watching.
The Kohala Coast boasts one of the best climates in the world. An average temperature in the 80's throughout the year with low humidity, (about 8 inches of rainfall per year), this pleasant weather promotes year around beach and golf activities.

All the amenities and great location!

This was our second year staying at Luba's house, and it was just as good as the first! The home was so well-equipped for all ages and interests, and the location is spot-on, with a grocery store, pool, and beach club nearby. Luba is exceptionally attentive to messages, and she helped us navigate the property and surroundings well. We very much looking forward to returning next year.

Beautiful, spacious home in a convenient location

This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood, has great privacy and is right next to a grocery store in very close walking distance. Hard to find on the Big Island. Although there is no ocean view, there is a great beach club with a restaurant for the neighborhood in a very short driving distance. Mauna Kea and Spencer beaches with great snorkeling are very close drives, as well. The house is very well stocked - kitchen, bathrooms and beach toys - we always found what we were looking for. Luba was very attentive and easy to contact. We had no issues. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this rental.

Incredible Home

Thank you Luba and Randy for a wonderful stay in your home! Everything we could ask for and more! The kitchen is fully stocked and large! Made for many wonderful meals- and the grocery store so close was a huge plus! Close to the beach which we drove to each day thanks to the passes that come with the home. Large bedrooms and family room, peaceful backyard and the home is in a perfect location. We loved every thing about this home and hope to be back next year!
