Family Weekend

I highly recommend this property! The home is perfectly equipped and decorated, the property manager is very attentive and the location was perfect for our daughters wedding nearby. We also rented the main house so that the whole family could stay together. Everyone loved it!

Clean & Comfortable

The house was very clean and fit our needs perfectly. Lots of room for my husband and I our adult daughter. The house was just as pictured, clean and comfortable. One thing to note about the neighborhood. We choose this house because it is very close to where our son lives. The neighborhood itself is going through a "revitalization" so some of the properties look a little rough. If that scares you, you might want to try another location. We had NO issues and walked to many places for breakfast, lunch, etc.

Modern and stylish property in East Austin

This property was as clean, pristine and stylish as the photos. Great layout and ample room for 4-6 people. The kitchen was well-equipped and we had a fun dinner on nearby East 6th! We will book again the next time we are in Austin. Many thanks to Alec - he was a wonderful host!!

Nice home

We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. Our hosts were easy to connect with. The neighborhood isn’t charming but it was quiet. And a bit too hot to walk anywhere. I wouldn’t say it’s an amazing location, about 15 minute drive from downtown. Would recommend if you have a car.

Highly advise this place. I was a little skeptical because I know the area it’s going through a renovation but the area does not represent the actual dwelling. Top of line appliances, ample room and gorgeous decorations. Host is fantastic

Awesome stay!

We couldn’t ask for more—we had a great trip to Austin due in large part to our stay in this vacation home. It was spotless, well appointed, and the bed/pillows were super comfortable. Our host was easy to communicate with and accommodating! We also appreciated all the local recommendations in the house folder for all guests to review. Thank you so much!!
