About this property
Bolton Valley Resort ski in/out spacious 3 Bedroom Townhome
This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Bolton Valley ski in/ski out townhouse offers comfort, privacy, convenience, and a view from every room -- making it the perfect place to call home while exploring all Vermont has to offer.
Located in the Bolton Valley Ski Resort, with the Timberline Run just steps from the back door, this townhouse is perfect for a winter ski vacation, summer hiking trip, or a fall foliage getaway. Ski in and Ski out is serviced by the Timberline lift - depending on mountain conditions that lift may not always be open.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom, allowing for each guest to enjoy their own space. The master bedroom, complete with king size bed and jetted tub, is located on the 3rd floor with mountain views and is separated from the other bedrooms, creating the perfect private oasis.
Private off road parking for 2 cars. Two flights of steps from the parking to the front door. In winter, steps may have ice and snow on them, so use caution!
The open concept main living space is complete with gas fireplace , high speed internet (approx 40Mbps), and big screen TV, making it the perfect place to unwind from exploring the Bolton Valley's 5,000 acres and perhaps enjoy one of the many local Vermont brews while streaming your favorite movie. Use the kitchen to cook a meal for the family and enjoy it at either the 6 person dining room table or the 4 person breakfast bar while savoring the expansive views of the Green Mountains.
The smart keypad locks on the front and back doors removes the hassle of carrying keys while playing out doors or going to the grocery store. A private laundry room on the first floor is also available for use along with towels and linens.
Bolton Valley has the highest base elevation of any ski area in Vermont, so in winter you can often expect it to be snowing at this home when it’s raining in the valley, and in summer it’s often cooler here with typical highs in the upper 70’s. However it can reach the 90’s. The home does not have air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms are first floor and stay naturally cool, the third story bedroom can get warm and has a ceiling fan. We also have two tower fans for your use. Closing all the West facing blinds during the day helps to keep the place cool!
Outside cameras monitor the front and back entrances of our home.
