About this property

You will live on one of the foothills of the Ucka Mountains above the Opatija Riviera and in the village of Puhari. The vacation property consists of a large and a small house, which are separated from each other on a fenced natural plot of 4,000 m² in size. The house is equally suitable for families or a group of friends. When you enter the larger house you come into an impressive living room with kitchen where all guests can eat together. An interior staircase leads to the rooms on the upper floor. Each room has its own bathroom and everything is comfortable and tastefully decorated. In the basement you will find a game corner and with billiards and darts variety. The fireplace provides a special atmosphere on colder days. The smaller house is located a few meters further and consists of first floor, 1st floor and attic (minimum ceiling height 170 cm). On the large covered terrace with barbecue in front of the house you will also enjoy the outdoor pool, An ideal solution for refreshment in the hot summer months. The house is tastefully furnished and equipped. The larger house also has two covered terraces with stunning panoramic views of the sea and the Kvarner Bay. On the property children can play safely, and nearby is a forest with hiking trails, ideal for picking flowers, various herbs, or just to enjoy nature. In a few minutes in the car to reach the Opatija Riviera. Opatija attracts with rich cuisine, concerts and cultural events, where you will surely find something for yourself. You can also get to know the mountains on hiking trails and enjoy beautiful viewpoints.
