About this property

2 bed 2ba with mini splits in bedrooms. Icy cold on hot summer days!

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom comfortably sleeping 4 guests in a cozy, climate-controlled 749 square foot park model. A quick 15 minute drive to the beach but within a secure, gated community full of amenities, this house is perfect for your next vacation getaway without the chaos of the main Island. Guests may use the indoor and outdoor pools at the communal Activity Center, as well as book a round of Golf, utilize the Workout Room or play a game of tennis. There is also a Restaurant within the community so you don't even have to leave some days if you don't want to.

A one-time $110 Resort Fee is collected by Long Island Village upon check in. Registration at the office will give you vehicle pass to the Village and all the amenities it has to offer! The owner does not control this fee. The resort is under construction. our street is currently dirty and will become muddy when it rains.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Golf Cart is not allowed past main office.
Wrist bands are required when enjoying the pool areas, workout rooms & tennis courts.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture at all times. You may bring your own bedding and sofa covers if your dog does like to snuggle with you.
