Spacious unit is in the heart of Ocean City, located at 9th and Central. Park the car and walk to downtown shops, restaurants, beach / boardwalk.

Then end the day with a walk to the 9th street bridge to watch the sunset!

The condo is fully furnished and loaded with all the luxuries of home including hardwood floors, central air-conditioning, full-size Washer / Dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with granite tops, stainless appliances, and flat screen TVs.

Enjoy the large master bedroom with private bath with a double sink and plenty of counter space. On the cooler nights you can open the sliders up and let the ocean air blow in through the screen door.

Bring the kid's friends, a second family, or the mother-in-law. There's plenty of room in the remaining 3 bedrooms with 3 queen and 2 twin beds.

The full hall bathroom has a double sink with large counter, along with a full bathtub and shower.

If there's any downtime in the condo, feel free to enjoy any of your streaming services on the Roku devices attached to each flat screen TV.

Want to unplug for a bit, then take out the many boardgames we have for some old school family fun.

Don't worry about buying beach tags either, we got you covered with 10 seasonal passes free of charge for the length of your stay.

If you have a 2nd vehicle, we provide a free parking pass for 1 of the 3 nearby lots. All within a, walkable, 2 block radius.

Here's a short list of comforts that we provide...
- comforters, pillows, and throws for the couches.
- body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom.
- dish soap, garbage bags for the kitchen.

Don't want to carry up the luggage or groceries, or need a little help with the stairs, then feel free to use the elevator with secure keycode access directly to the condo.

The unit has 1 free spot in the back.

If you have a second vehicle, no problem, we provide a free parking pass to the many lots within a 2-block walking distance...
- Metered lot at 7th and Central
- Metered lot at 12th and Asbury Ave.
- Transportation Center lot at 9th and Haven

I will always be available through the app for any issues that arise and usually have a 1-hour turnaround time between 8 AM and 9 PM. Anything messages after 9 PM will be addressed the following morning after 8 AM.

Total occupants cannot exceed a maximum of 10 people, and all occupants MUST be over the age of 25. The age restriction is not applicable for minors accompanied by parents or guardians.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely place over the weekend. Even the not so great weather didn’t put a damper on our spirits! The place is huge, quiet and clean. It was very close to the shops on Asbury and not that far from the boardwalk. Loved having the elevator to bring all of our stuff in and always appreciate keyless entry. All of the furniture was comfortable, and the place is nicely decorated. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Jeff was very accommodating, as we did want to extend our stay a bit! He was aso quick to communicate and respond to questions.The house was warm, inviting and comfortable! All the rooms are spacious! It was perfect for our gathering of friends and family!, The kitchen was well stocked with evert kitchen gadget you could need! Many blenders, bullet, and even a crock pot! (Wish i'd known, as i brought my own)Jeff supplied basic spices and oil which are always a plus! TV s in every room is also nice, though i admit we are usually challenged with the set ups, but we could figure out! Good location for shops and restaurants. Easy to walk in town.We had a great stay...hope to stay there again! Highly recommend!

Wuick trip to OCNJ

Great location in OCNJ. We were within walking distance to everything (beach, boardwalk, shopping on Asbury and restaurants). Host was always quick to answer questions, provided easy to follow check in instructions, and the condo had everything you could need including elevator. I would definitely stay again.

Very spacious and beautiful condo. Not a bad walk to beach and liked being close to dining and shopping. Elevator was a plus with taking all our bags up. Had a couple of hiccups, but Jeff was very responsive. Definitely would stay again.

EVERYONE ENJOYED THEIR STAY

Eight family members stayed at the condo for 4 days, and had a great time. We wanted for nothing. Three of us were cooks, and loved all of the kitchen equipment. We also appreciated the washer/dryer. We will certainly recommend this condo and hope to use it again next year.

We took my daughter and a few of her friends for a 16th birthday trip. Jeff's condo was perfect! Beautifully laid out, close to everything and the elevator was a huge plus! Washer and dryer too. Enough beach chairs, beach tags and a parking permit covered everything! Jeff was incredibly communicative and made our trip, before and during, way less stressful. Will definitely look to book again.

Perfect family house

Our family had our annual OCNJ trip and chose to stay at this VRBO listing. The property was close near all the shops, beach and boardwalk. All the necessities were provided. This is a great house with kids, as it’s large and all on the same level. The elevator access directly to the unit is a huge plus too!

Excellent Location

Plenty of room for the entire family. from the kitchen to bed rooms to bathrooms. windows everywhere to let the sunshine in when getting ready to head to the Beach. The elevator is a plus for a 3rd floor rental. the Family did not want to leave. Great Time.

Why they chose this property

We've taken our daughter to Ocean City since she was a baby. We love the downtown shops, and family friendly atmosphere so we decided to buy a condo and try and share our love of the island with the world.

What makes this property unique

Our property has 4 nice sized bedrooms, an open floor plan, and is walking distance to everything. The last few years we've just parked the car and walked everywhere while we were in town. The elevator is also a great feature for bringing up luggage and the like.
