Cozy , whimsically decorated home on a quiet cul de sac located conveniently between Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor, an easy bike ride to the beach (4.25 miles). 800 square foot deck with grill, dining table that seats 6, a portable bar, lounge chairs and a sofa/coffee table, perfect for relaxing and entertaining with plenty of privacy provided by trees. Living room has a large smart tv and fireplace. Kitchen is very well stocked with cooking tools, utensils, glassware, etc...much more than the average rental. Nine foot dining table seats 10. Queen bedroom and bath on first floor. Upstairs is king master suite with tv and a Jack and Jill setup with one queen bedroom and one bedroom with two twin beds. Central air.
