Loved it! Great location and ping pong is a great addition to the trip with kids. We would definitely return. Could use a few extra balls as there was only one ping pong ball available.

The management company was VERY quick with responses to my messages. Loved that it was pet friendly (even tho we didn't need it this time) and the hot tub was perfect after a day of off-roading.

Property was as expected there was some previous damage on furniture from someone's pet and on couch. Floors could have been cleaner they were really dirty. Cost was on the high side especially the extra charge for pets but all in all the property was as described and we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay in Moab was outstanding. The property is in a great location, just a few miles away from the main strip in town. We were able to visit Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point, La sal Mountains, and even made the trek to Capitol Reef all while staying at this Rim Vista location. The check in and check out process was very simple. The host provided all information timely and the procedures were easy to follow. The unit was very clean and stocked with plenty of supplies. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows available if needed. The kitchen included enough pans and several small appliances that made cooking a couple of meals very convenient. We even used the grill outside, although that did need to be cleaned off first. The patio area was most enjoyable and where we spent a lot of time if we were at the unit. The couch was comfortable, but dusty from the lawn clippings being blown onto the patio. We did not need to use the fire pit as it was still warm at night, but we did definitely appreciate using the hot tub after days of hiking. The Wi-fi worked well and were grateful for use of the garage to park the car out of the scorching sun. We made use of the TVs and washer/ dryer a couple of times as well. Overall it was a wonderful stay in a beautiful location and we would love to return again someday.
