2024 NEW CONSTRUCTION, Ocean block home in Harvey Cedars! It is perfectly situated only 4th from the beach, corner lot with ample parking, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths.. Our private pool is wonderful at Jersey Shore!

SUMMER WEEKS 2026: RENTAL INTERVAL (7 night min) is 2pm Saturday to 10am the following Saturday, (otherwise 3-night min up to June 16 & then again after Sept 6. Earlier check-in time may be available upon date of arrival, please call day of arrival.

Roof deck offers great views. Awesome location with no streets to cross to get to the beach! A very desirable location close to Sunset Park with the convenience of walking to all Harvey Cedars has to offer: Black-Eyed Susan's Restaurant/Bar, Birdy's Cafe, Foodies Catering, Agnello's, Harvey Cedars Shellfish, Azzurri Italian Cucina, also an Ice Cream Parlor, a Pizza shop, the popular Neptune Market & Grill and a convenient liquor store in town.

Bring the family and get ready to make memories! Oh, the sunsets! 8 beach badges provided, please return upon your departure.

Cozy, clean, and close to the beach!

We had a great time at this cozy beach house! Beds were super comfortable and kids had a blast. Would definitely recommend it for location and great views from rooftop deck!!

Amazing LBI Home

Sherry and John, the owners were a pleasure to deal with. Their extraordinary home is in the perfect location, close to delicious restaurants and a beautiful beach. The home was spotless, beautifully designed and wonderful for family vacations. John gave us a list of great places to visit and was available if we had any questions during our stay. We can’t wait to stay at their lovely home again soon!

This was our favorite VRBO stay ever. It’s beautifully appointed, has tons of space inside and out for a large group- including bathroom access from all the bedrooms- and the location is perfect. The pristine beach is right at the end of the street- so no major roads to cross. It was also a treat to have a look and hot tub on-site, and a rooftop patio. John was a great host, providing clear instructions and promptly answering any questions. This house is a gem!

Beautiful Property - Great communication

Booked this property for a college reunion with my 4 college roommates. The house was perfect for gathering in the kitchen or sitting areas and having enough space for bedrooms and bathrooms throughout. The weather didn’t cooperate to use the new pool or outdoor spaces but we were able to take advantage of the very short walk to the beach to enjoy an amazing sunrise. I was in charge of the arrangements and heard nothing but praise for my choice. Our hosts were incredibly responsive to every request and question. Would highly recommend.

Excellent beach experience

The house was very comfortable and clean. Only four houses from the beach. The hosts were amazing. They quickly responded to all of my inquiries. I would definitely rent this house again.
