Home features 2 bedrooms upstairs (1st floor den with sleeper sofa could accommodate overnight guest) and 1.5 baths, hi- speed internet, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, cherry floors, Brazilian granite countertops, outside firepit, spacious dock, paddle boat, kayaks, and more. Sandy/ pebbly gradually deepening waterfront. Lake is spring-fed approx 3 miles long and 1.5 miles wide. Connects to Crescent lake via the Tenney River. Minutes to Windham and approx. 40 mins to Portland.
