Bathroom is clean and bright with full size washer and dryer. Large deck off the living area with gorgeous views of the lake; stairs lead down to grass lawn with picnic table. Property is well appointed with kitchen wear, linens, books, games, puzzles, and toys. Ice cream, sandwich shop and local market are minutes away; property is 10 minutes from Windham and 25 miles from Portland.
