Admire the 180° sea view from the large terrace of this apartment located on the 12th floor of the residence "le Commodore", see the sun rise over the sea.

This 34m2 apartment has a separate bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a very well equipped kitchenette, a convertible sofa in the living room in 140cm and a 9m2 terrace on the sea.
It can accommodate 4 people but will be more pleasant for a couple.

I was born and live in Nice and I never tire of the luxury, the atmosphere and the security that reign in Marina Baie des Anges.
Every morning, many activities will be proposed to you: a day on one of the most beautiful beaches of the French Riviera at 150m walking distance, a boat rental in the private marina of the residence, a bike rental to go along the seaside to Nice, a day in Nice, Monaco or Cannes? The train station is just behind the residence,

Perfect experience

This is a lovely, well-maintained property with a stunning view! The closeness to the train station makes travel around the area a breeze. Our contact met us at the parking garage and personally showed us up to the property. Excellent location, excellent experience, excellent people!

Toller Ausblick

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Apartment. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Größe, es ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Der Ausblick von dem großzügigen Balkon ist wunderschön und unverbaut auf die Marina und die Cote d'Azur. Das Gebäude ist zwar schon in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Schlafzimmer dieses Apartments hat ein Fenster wodurch ein angenehmer Luftzug auch bei hohen Temperaturen herrscht. Die Gastgeberin und Ihr Sohn sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Da diese Wohnung über keinen privaten Parkplatz verfügt, kann es etwas schwierig sein zu parken sollte man mit dem Auto reisen. Ein kleiner Tipp hier, von Freitag Abend bis Sonntag Nachmittag wenn möglich nicht den Wagen benutzen denn in dieser Zeit ist es eine Katastrophe einen Parkplatz zu bekommen an den restlichen Tagen aber sollte es aber kein Problem geben. Wir würden dieses Apartment wieder mieten.
