Free WiFi helps you stay connected with friends and family back home, and a washer and dryer ensure your beach towels and clothes will be fresh and clean for another day of play. You can even whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen, as it comes with a full set of appliances to help you prepare any kind of meal you could imagine. In the evenings, you will have a great time relaxing on the balcony you as you take in the view.

Family Fun at Okaloosa Island

My cousin and her granddaughter flew in to meet me, my sister, my mom and another cousin. Despite the rainy weather we had a great time. The beach and pool access was perfect for my elderly mom. Thanks for a great place for our family to meet and stay.

Winter getaway

Water’s Edge #601was the perfect place for my husband and I to escape the northern winter. Its balcony view of the gulf was relaxing, even on cloudy days. The condo was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The living area had plenty of seating when friends stopped by. We look forward to a return visit!

This was a very nice little Condo

Everything was exceptional but you do need to take extra blankets and towels there just wasn’t enough for everyone. But other than that it was very nice. I would stay there again

Waters Edge Condos

It was awesome. I would recommend giving the tendents a beach wagon to use because you are in the 6th floor. Our stay was amazing. Thank you for the clean condo!!!! It was so much fun!

Nice condo/hot bedroom

We were sent the check in via email which was uneventful. We like this process. Overall the condo was nice. The only reason I couldn’t give any higher score was the air conditioning. The property management is in control of what the temperature is set on. No matter how many times we tried to set it lower it wouldn’t work. If we’d of stayed any longer we would have slept in the living room. The bedroom temperature is very warm. There had at one time been a change lock on the door but the part with the chain was missing. FYI it may not be much but it does give the renters a sense of added security.

We wish we would have been made aware so we could have helped you during your stay. We have looked into the issue and found the A/C drain line needed to be cleared. We have taken care of this and the A/C is now back up to top efficiency. We do still recommend keeping the A/C above 70 degrees at all times. We do have a 24/7 phone and text line that guests can call if they are in need of maintenance help and more. We recommend guests to utilize this service we provide so that we can help if anything is amiss. We will certainly pass along your feedback to our operations and management teams for review. We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit! We love Water’s Edge on Okaloosa Island. One of the things I always look for in a vacation rental is comfortable seating. There is nothing worse than being on the beach all day and coming into a condo that you can’t get comfortable in. The living room furniture is extra comfortable for a beach rental! We had full control of the thermostat, so we could keep the unit at a comfortable temperature for us. I especially loved that our rental included 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach - some units don’t include that in your stay and it’s nice not be “nickeled and dimed” by having to pay for that separately. There was one small issue while we were there - not something we wanted to have to have someone come in and fix during our stay, but we wanted to mention so it could be fixed before the next renters came in. When I messaged Southern Vacation Rentals about it, they were very responsive. We were very happy with our experience all around!
