Neujahr in Chablis mit Weinkennern

Wir waren mit 4 Erw. dort, 2 Paare, 1 Paar davon unsere Winzer, die sehr am Wein/Weinherstellung in dieser Gegend interessiert waren. Abends haben wir uns selbst verköstigt, mittags haben wir bei Ausflügen nach Toucy, Noyers, Auxerre, Irancy und Sens ein Restaurant aufgesucht. - Zwischen den Jahren und Silvester ist es dort extrem ruhig, einige Geschäfte / Restaurants haben auch geschlossen. Aber mit Auto war es wunderschön, die Umgebung zu erkunden, durch die Weinberge zu laufen, und das Wetter hat prima mitgespielt. Die FeWo lud jedes Pärchen mit einem eigenen Schlafzimmer und Dusch/WC ein. Alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet, nett dekoriert, der Esszimmertisch mit den bequemen dick gepolsterten Stühlen war der Mittelpunkt für unsere Kommunikation. Kleiner Minuspunkt: es gab genau nur 6 Messerchen, Löffelchen, Tellerchen, Becherchen ... das fanden wir bisschen knapp (Spülmaschine wurde nie annähernd voll). Insgesamt: sehr schön.
