About this property

Fully equipped home ideal for a family with children and office / in law unit

Single floor house with 1 master bedroom + 2 large bedrooms all 3 with closets + 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with tub). Living room. Family room, dining room, large fully equipped kitchen and a garage that is set up as a seperate unit with a queen bed, TV, AC and office (ideal for inlaws or teenager kid, direct door to the kitchen). Total can sleep up to 8 people.

Washing and drying machines in the garage, sink but no bathroom in the garage.
Huge back yard with a basketball hoop, swing, shed full of all sizes bikes. House full of books, toys and board games for kids ages 5-15.

Our house is close to several shopping centers that include Safeway, Target, Home Depot, Gym, local Mall with cinema and all major banks. Downtown Campbell and Downtown Los Gatos are 10 minutes away for some lovely restaurants and coffee shops. Local Costco is 10 min away. Downtown San Jose is 15 min away.

We are a family with 3 kids ages 9-15 living in this house. We love to rent it out while we are on long summer vacations. We get the house ready for you before we leave with everything you need for a wonderful stay and we have a local point of contact in case you need anything while we're out of town (and we're always available via phone or text while being away).
We hope you will love it as much as we do.

You would need to pay Rossie, our cleaning lady, for one time cleaning when you check out, and we strongly recommend keeping her cleaning the house every week while your stay. We will connect between you directly so you can decide for yourself.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Wonderful family home

We enjoyed our stay in West San Jose completely. The house is lovely. The backyard is magical. Great location with equal distance to San Francisco, Santa Cruz, or Monterey bay area. The hosts are wonderfully communicative. Definitely recommend!

We love the outdoors: camping, hiking, backpacking - you name it. Almost every year we travel for a long summer vacation and rent our house for a family with kids that is either visiting San Jose area or need a temp place to stay for a few weeks. This is why this house is only available 2-3 weeks a year - it's only when we're out of town. Please take good care of it !

Why they chose this property

This is our home. we love it and we take good care of it. We constantly make it better. like for example this year we installed solar panels and we added a new shed in the backyard as our private art studio (with a gallery loft that acts as a tree house). We are happy to share our toys, books, bikes and trampoline with other kids.

What makes this property unique

We can arrange for our cleaning lady to come every week if you want extra cleaning while you're staying. Gardner visits every other week on Thursdays.
