The entire house has been completely renovated. 10 minute walk to a secluded ocean beach, 10 minute walk to Gurney's Resort and Spa, and a 5 minute drive to Montauk town. The house has been fitted with the Aerus Air Scrubber, eliminating 99.96% of airborne viruses. A huge living room with cathedral ceilings a large deck, fire pit, and outdoor shower.

The space is airy, breathable, and modern. Large windows and high-end lighting fixtures allow for great light options. The house includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a Kitchen, a Living Room, and a Deck all on one floor. Stairs are only to access the washer/dryer in the basement.
