Amazing private home 2 blocks from the beach located in the Windy Hills section of North Myrtle Beach!! 3 BR 2 BA house with everything you need for an amazing vacation!

Master bedroom is on the main floor with a queen bed and new smart TV. There is also an en-suite with a laundry room and a separate large walk in closet. Open the new french doors to access the outside deck.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and one shared bathroom. First bedroom has a queen bed with a new smart TV while the second bedroom has two twin beds. Also is a slider door to a screened in deck, which is great to sip your coffee or read a book.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for your beach experience.

We provide fast wifi for remote working and 3 new smart TVs

There are 2 parking spaces available. No campers, trailers or motorcycles allowed on premise.

There is no smoking on this property, no pets, no motorcycles/trailers, no parties and no fireworks on premise.

Renters must be at least 27 years old. Ideal for couples and families. This 1700 sq ft home property has an amazing open floor plan with vaulted ceilings.

I highly recommend this property. It was very clean, a 2 minute walk to beach public access, all the beach items you can think of including a wagon to haul all to stuff to the beach. The screened in porch off the upstairs bedroom was amazing. The back deck was nice with a gas grill. The owner of the property was quick to respond when I texted. I hope you all have as much fun as we did at this property. If we go to NMB next year we will rent again.

Clean and Comfortable

The host was fantastic she always got back with me right away every time I reached out . The house was in a great location lots to do with great restaurants and shopping near by . The beach was just two short blocks . House was stocked with everything thing you need nice and clean 😁 definitely would stay here again

Great beach getaway

Upon entry the rental was very clean and inviting. Unlike most rentals, the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything you would need. I didn't have to run to the store to buy any gadgets or supplies. It was a quick walk to the beach. There is a public walkway that can be accessed from the road making it a straight shot. The first day we paid a few dollars to park. One day my husband dropped the family off and walk back to avoid parking fees. The last few times we realized it was easier if we all walked. My kids (14, 7, and 5) didn't complain at all about the distance. All of the neighbors were so friendly! (One of the neighborhood kids was out playing volleyball and passed the ball to my kids as we were walking by. My kids enjoyed playing with her and we chatted with them a few minutes before continuing to the beach.) There is a nice deck on the back porch we used for lunch. Overall it was a great stay! The area is quiet and all the neighbors are very friendly. The house layout was perfect for our family of 5. The owner was very prompt about replying to any questions I had. We will definitely be back in the future!

Very comfortable
