Amazing location with a great view!

The most amazing location with a beautiful view of the lake. Really quiet, safe neighbourhood and just round the corner from the 192. Only took 15 mins to get to all Disney parks. The property owner was brilliant he was so easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. The villa was very spacious and had a nice heated pool. We will definitely be using this villa again in the future, hopefully this year! Thank you for a great stay.

Visited Chatham park before, lovely area which suits us due to proximity of everything we need. Comfortable house, very comfy bed which is always great. Pool lovely & warm, great view over lake and south facing, very peaceful. Had everything we needed and we had a great 3 weeks Bits of TLC needed in couple of areas but didn’t impact our stay at all. Just was very helpful, had great communication 😊

Excellent villa

We had a fantastic time at this villa, well equipped and beautiful outlook, loved watching all the wildlife, even saw turtles and an alligator. The location off highway 192 was handy for everywhere, Mike the property manager was great to deal with on the one occasion we had to call him. Would like to return to this villa again. This is very nice property.

Mike Hunter is a very good manager, easy to contact when we have questions. He is very quick to answer any concerns that we have. The place is very nice, great location. We field very save in the Chatham park. We have enjoyed the pool and also the lake with all kinds of different birds and we saw a alligator. We already booked the place for next year. Lovely villa!

We had a relaxing time at Chatham Circle. The owners were so nice as to give up their Florida Xmas so that we could come! The villa was spotless and fully equipped, and Mike Hunter, the realtor in charge was so kind, nothing was too much trouble for him! The pool area and pool was great. And ... there was an alligator in the lake! We will certainly return!

Lovely Villa in a good position

We have just come back from staying in the Villa, really easy to find from the airport and then easy to get in with the key box. The villa had everything we needed and was plenty big enough for the four of us. The only issue we had was the pool area really needs a good clean we spent a lot of time out there and in the pool but around the edges of the netting it was black and had plants growing around it, also ants around and we had to spray. I am sure if I contacted Mike he would of sorted it for us but we did manage to solve the problem ourselves. My son loved the wii and went in that a lot whilst the rest of us were busy getting ready. I am a keen runner and we ran around the complex some mornings which is a mile loop so got a couple of miles in for anyone else who runs, also went to the park run at Clermont which was great. The villa is in a great location about 10mins to Disney and 20/25mins to universal so again ideal. Longhorn steak house in Kissimmee is lovely and we went to Chilli’s as well which was very nice. As we arrived at the villa quite late it would of been nice if there was some milk left with some coffee for making a brew, just a small one would be a nice welcome for families. Overall loved our stay in the villa and would definitely recommend it. Thank you for having us.

Great Vacation Home!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Chatham Park house. It was quiet, spacious and the Lanai/backyard area was beautiful. The only issue we had was the A/C going out early on in the stay, but the maintenance person was out quickly and had the issue fixed in no time. The house was very nice and Mike was awesome! We are already thinking about staying here again next year.

Excellent holiday rental

This house is clean and well kept. Comprising two doubles and one twin bedroom. Two lounge areas. Two bathrooms one which is en-suite. A well equipped kitchen and a large double garage/laundry area. The pool/patio area is large and well furnished enough for a family of six. Very good communication with the owners and property management, our security deposit was returned, in Sterling within one week of our return to the UK. The house is a short drive to all the major attractions in the Orlando area. I have no hesitation in recommending this property. Many thanks to Barnaby and Jennifer and Mike the property manager.

A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

I found my whole experience at staying here to be perfect. The owners are great, they seem to care about you, we emailed a few times and they were always happy to speak, and prompt to reply. The house was lovely, very clean and presentable. My family and I immediately felt relaxed. I found Mike to be an awesome guy to talk to, nothing was an issue and he responded almost immediately, he changed plans to accommodate me, reassured me and even the deposit came back quickly - he is a guy I would like 'on my team'. I recommend the family give him a pay rise !! The house itself - I found whilst it was perfectly useable for my disabled person, there were one or two issues for us (as there will always be). The house isn't advertised for disabled people though so that is an issue for me and not the owners. It is good for some disabilities, If you have a disabled party member I suggest this home may be suitable, and is VERY nice. If I can answer a question based on my experience I will be happy to share (through mike). MY GROUP WOULD HAPPILY RETURN TO THIS HOME. The home is central, in a good area, and easy access to everything you could need. Thank you Mr and Mrs Barnaby, thank you Mike.

Lovely villa, great location, had everything we needed

The villa was in a great location very convenient for the parks and especially close to Disney. Lots of good restaurants nearby - Flo's Filet at the Longhorn Steakhouse is amazing! The villa had everything we needed, the pool was great and the lake view very relaxing and peaceful. We had s couple of queries at the start and Mike replied immediately and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble if we did have any problems (which we didn't). Would definitely stay here again.

This was our 7th visit always had a rented property we know the area, villa was ideal area for us it had fantastic view to wake up to over looking lake & wooded area our grandchildren lived in the pool which was great,villa is a short distance from shops, restaurants on 192 highway also Old Town which is a must great night at rodeo also close by & not that far from Disney to drive ,God willing we will be back love Kissimmee 8th time coming up Mr.I. Hall UK

Lovely villa with a very relaxing pool view

Stayed at this villa for 3 weeks. Loved the south facing pool overlooking the lake. The villa had everything we needed to make our stay there very comfortable and relaxing. Should point out that it changed ownership during our stay, so cannot really comment on its present state. We have stayed in many villas during our trips to Orlando over the past 28 years and this was one I was very sorry to leave. Will definitely book again. Its location is excellent for shopping, restaurants and the parks.

Not a luxury villa

The location of the villa was good, the facilities were adequate and the view over the lake, very pleasant. However I would describe the property as tired, and in need of a makeover, the carpets are marked and faded, the lani has dirt hanging from it and outside windows and doors in the pool area were very dirty. The patio door alarm was going off when we arrived, and the door was unlocked. The window blinds are in poor condition and do not fit very well. The details states "fitness room/equipment" but we did not find it. We were also requested to wash the bedding, but no soap provided. This is the worst villa we have ever stayed in, in the USA.

peace , relaxing , location ...

Great villa for couples and families , its in a very nice peaceful relaxing location but not far from all the stores and parks . The villa has all you need and everything you require is there , its plenty of room and the pool is just great although we did have the pool heat on as it was late march which was good to relax in after a day out . Also we had a resident gator who used to entertain us in the morning . I would recommend this place to anyone with or without family its just ideal you wont wish for more ........Dave and Anna ......West Midlands .

House Condition Not as represented and Didn’t feel Safe

When we arrived there was a gathering two houses down that had us being stared at as we arrived by folks sitting on cars leaving us immediately feeling unsafe. The entrance wasn't well maintained. There were wasp nests or something in the entrance area. The door seemed to be missing a lock or something and was generally dirty. Inside the house, it was clean and neat but worn. The door to the garage was missing the deadbolt lock leaving a hole. The front door looked as if the chain lock may have been forcefully removed as the part on the door frame where the chain attaches appeared to be ripped off the wall leaving raw wood behind. The hole where it appeared the deadbolt lock should be was filled with silicone or something. The sliding door to the pool was left unlocked. The pool area had what looked like black mold on the house walls and outside window ledges. One of the pool "toys" was covered in it. There were weeds inside the enclosure as well. Some of the pool furniture is worn and not somewhere I would want to sit. We immediately contacted the owner and manager then left due to not feeling safe. The lack of complete or quality locks, the black "stuff" in the pool area and the bees nests at the entrance were just too much. I wish I could attach photos here to show the conditions we encountered. The owner communicated well and was flexible on check in.

Haus sauber aber ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen

Haus und Ausstattung wie in der Beschreibung. Als wir ankamen war kein Check In vorgesehen. Die Poolliegen waren bis auf eine alle defekt- der Poolcage beschädigt und der allgemeine Zustand war ziemlich verwittert. Das Haus sehr einfach eingerichtet und auch hier bemerkten wir die Zeichen der Zeit. Wir würden dieses Haus nicht nochmal mieten.
