The villa is detached and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (master-en-suite) and its own Grecian style screened and heated pool - at an extra cost depending on season.

It is located in a nice residential area overlooking a small lake with great sunsets! Superb road links mean that the villa is only about 10 minutes from Orlando International airport. 25 minutes from Disneyworld. Local Golf and Country Clubs about 10 minutes. Kennedy Space Centre is an hour’s drive to the east coast and the golden beaches of the Gulf Coast an hour and a half west along the expressway.

The villa is well equipped for your comfort and convenience including WIFI access and central air conditioning. Spacious and airy rooms allow comfortable use of the villa by 6 people.

Second time we have stayed here and yet again did not disappoint! Fantastic location and nice quiet neighbourhood, Great Lake views perfect for watching the sunset in the evening over the lake, villa is well equipped with everything needed for your stay and more! Great communication from the host, would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!

The pool was heated to a lovely temperature. The villa was exactly what we were looking for and as described. Communication with the host was excellent, to the point that something was posted back to me that my son left.

Was fully expecting this to be a 5 star review as the place is lovely. Really spacious, great location for parks, lovely quiet area and fully stocked with all you could need & more and we were staying for 12 nights - perfect! Had a couple of issues on our arrival (netting around pool area was broken & wifi was intermittent) but messaged Rob and was sorted relatively quickly. BUT.... the main reason for booking was the private pool overlooking the beautiful lake, Rob had advised before check-in that there had been a few issues with the pool pump and it was noisy but pool guy had said it was working fine. About a week in to the holiday, we hadn't used it for a couple of days as been in the parks and got back late but woke up and the was green. In hindsight, the days we had been at home, we hadn't heard the pump at all. Messaged Rob with a photo - nothing, messaged again next day and again, no response at all. So during a Florida heatwave, with temperatures nearing 40 and super humid, we couldn't cool down in the pool that was the main reason this place was chosen. Really disappointing considering how responsive and helpful Rob had been at the beginning of the break.And as I said at the start, was expecting to be writing a 5 star review, would still have recommended this to anyone and would stay here again - but the pool issue put a real dampener on the end of our trip and the lack of communication was the reason for the 3 stars

Thanks, we’re grateful for your full review. The good news is that a new pool circulation pump is now installed and working just great. It’s the second one we had to get as the first had to be returned to the supplier. Usually, as you may see from the other reviews, I’m very keen to keep in quick regular communication with my guests, so I must have messed up this time after getting your messages in the last couple of days before you left for home (in my head I really thought I had messaged you to say the replacement pump was coming!). My pool guy tried to maintain the pool with extra visits and more chemicals over those last days. He even used a special electric pool vac, one that doesn’t need the circulation pump, but in the end, with the seasons temperatures, I’m hugely disappointed that it wasn’t perfect for you. But we’re glad to hear you would have considered staying again and hopefully we wouldn’t get through two pool pumps!

Can’t fault this property at all, lovely and clean, has everything you could want during your stay. Excellent location and very clean property. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Thanks! I know your trip was for fishing and glad you enjoyed the stay. Although our small lake out back is fished by some we really bought our place for the view and south facing deck. I guess the route to various favorite spots (such as Lake Toho) suited you too as well.

Lovely villa in a perfect location overlooking a beautiful lake. Villa was exactly as listed and the communications with the owner Rob were excellent, both before and during the stay. Ideally located for the parks, Universal is less than 30 mins away when using the Turnpike. Highly recommended.

Fantastic villa, great host

Beautiful place with wonderful lake views in a great location, excellent size pool for all five of us adults. Rob the host was excellent at communicating and his in villa guide was great for all aspects of our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

relaxing vacation

a little off the beaten path, so all the quiet you would want on a vacation, while still being close to amenities. Short drive away from the theme parks about half an hour.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa which is in a great location with a lovely view overlooking the lake. There were initially a couple of issues but Rob was quick to sort them out for us. The kitchen was equipped with everything and more that is needed and the whole place is like a Tardis, much bigger than the photos show especially the lounge area. Thank you Rob and Sue for letting us stay at your lovely Villa, it made our holiday extra special.

Wonderful 2 week stay

We were very pleased with the size of the villa and pool. It had everything we needed and we all slept well. In a great area ideal for getting to the parks and shops. The views of the lake were an absolute treat. Rob was on hand quickly when i had a pool query.

Spacious and clean!

We had a lovely stay at robs villa at the end of march. Villa was a good size and the view from pool area had me staring at wildlife for hours. Rob was very good at responding to our queries. The area is great close to restaurants, shops and turnpike for wherever you fancy heading thankyou

My grandkids wanted to stay!

This house was perfect for my family and the pool was amazing , the owner was quick to respond and do anything in his power to make our stay as nice as possible.

Great Villa

This villa is in a great place to just chill by the pool if that's what you want to do, and not too far from Disney or shopping outlets if you want to do that. The villa has everything you could possibly need for your stay. It was only myself and my husband and we would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay!

Loved this villa, great location, clean, amazing view from the pool area. The villa has everything that you need plus extras. Rob the owner answered any questions that were asked quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate in recommending the villa and if we return to Florida we would be very happy to stay here again!
