We had a wonderful stay and the house was perfect. The pool was everyone’s favorite. Close to shops and restaurants and easy to get around. Easy check in and communication with the host. We would love to come back!

We really enjoyed staying in this home. The layout was awesome, and it felt clean. The host communicated with us very reliably. It was a little far from where we needed to travel to each day but that was okay.

I just want to clarify that the guests comment about the travel distance relates to a therapy camp they were taking their children to, not the nearby popular tourist attractions such as Disney World, Universal and Sea World.

Great house great location

Great house at Kissimmee

This house was a great location for our daughter’s volleyball tournament and visiting the universal parks. It was spacious and comfortable. The pool was clean and relaxing. A couple things that were missing were napkins and extra shampoo/conditioner.

Great home to stay at near many activities

This home was spot on with the photos. Everything was clean and tidy, home is fairly close to Disney Parks and other activities. The outdoor pool was nice, and the neighborhood is a great neighborhood. The property management company didn’t have the binder at the property which was no fault of the homeowner. I will definitely stay here again!

Could use a good cleaning but still very lovely

Lots of space and had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic and beautifully warm. The only imperfection was that the house could use a really good cleaning but if you don’t mind a bit of dust then this house will work wonderfully.

Nice location villa is in good condition but showing signs of aging now. Kids loved the pool and games room. Beds we really comfortable which is a bonus overall very nice but aging and in need of a little talc now..

The carpets are new and soft. The towels and the bed linen were clean and soft and smelled nice. Nice layout. Overall the property is ok. It's a good enough location and base. Quiet neighbourhood, nice pool area, double driveway.The beds in the twin rooms aren't the most comfortable. Probably only really suitable for kids. There were no darts in the games room for the dart board. If I am being really picky I would say it could benefit from a deep clean. There's nothing horrendous but you can tell it's managed by a property company and not the owner who takes pride in it. Communication when booking was excellent but I could have done with a welcome email or text on the day, just to remind me of the door code and the alarm code which was emailed months before in a word document. That would have been a nice touch and helpful, especially after a long flight when you're tired etc.I would personally put the price up by 10 per week and provide a few more toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets, coffee filters etc. It's such a hassle having to go and buy all that stuff when on vacation when you're only going to use a few of them and it is just much nicer having those things provided for you. The other thing I would do is update the key safe which is very fiddly to deal with if you've got fat fingers. Overall it did the job. If you just need somewhere to stay at night and you're not going to be indoors or doing a lot of cooking then this place is fine.

The guest was sent comprehensive villa details 6 weeks before his arrival date so he could plan his trip. He acknowledged safe receipt of them but then failed to either read or print them, and then emailed me from the doorstep saying "how do I get in". This therefore was his fault. A basic supply of consumables are provided as is standard for self catering villas and he never asked me what would be provided. 2 mattresses are shortly to be renewed. The villa is periodically deep cleaned when sufficient gaps exist between bookings, which were not available at this guests time. The key safe used is a standard item in the USA and thousands of villas have the same one. The darts have since been replaced.

Excellent all round. Booking, communication and prep all great. Villa as described. Very clean, good rooms and layout. Facilities great. WiFi first class and cable TV good. Pool area great. Nice outlook with no neighbours to the rear. Some at each side but no real issue. Handy to most places. All in all a great place to stay.

Satisfied with the home.

The home was fine. the neighbors were a little load 2 days that we were there, but they were quiet by the 9 o'clock time. It really was not a problem. The only thing missing were there were no face cloths at all at the house, and the towels were quite old. The family did enjoy our stay for sure at this home.

Great location and value

The house was very clean, and easy to get to.. for the price it was a good value . A few items were off putting theposting of possible charges every where.. the kitchen was nice but there was no basic amenities outside of utensil .. such as coffee or condiments.. the beds were a bit underwhelming.. The only big item I would change is the tiny toilets which from the signs are problematic ..
