This beautifully furnished 4 bed, 3 bath luxury pool/spa villa is located on the exclusive resort of EMERALD ISLAND 5 minutes from Disney World.
A dramatic palm tree lined boulevard, past lakes with fountains and sculptured dolphins, leads to the gated entrance which is manned 24 hours a day for your absolute security.
Guests have full use of the Lakeside Clubhouse, which features air conditioned fitness center, lounge with wide screen TV, Internet Cafe with free high speed internet access, Games Room, and Sauna.


There is also a children's playground, tennis courts, volleyball court, and nature trails safely located within conservation areas.
A concierge service is also located in the clubhouse, which is soon to be equipped with a sundry shop. A short drive or walk (1 mile) will lead you to restaurants, a supermarket and shops.

Home features two masters, pool /spa and a game room for your enjoyment
Also has high speed internet in the home for your use just bring your laptop!

One King bedroom, one Queen Bedroom and 2 rooms with twin beds.

We had an excellent stay and a great time! Property is wonderful. Make sure to purchase your access pass before getting there. Great communication with owner. Wi-fi easy access. Very close to all the parks- only about 15 min. Make sure to shut doors right away as the house does truly heat up for the slightest seconds doors are open. Check in access easy- door can be a little sticky and lock can be a little tricky at times.Wonderful stay and wonderful house! Would return and recommend!

Beautiful clean home. Great communication. No problems getting into the community or the home. Just make sure you bring all personal bathroom necessities. No paper towels, and you will need wash and dry all towels before you leave. I brought my own. If cooking bring all condiments, spices, ect. All in all a nice place.

The $25/day fee for heating the hot tub, as well as the air conditioning settings, were included in those details. You also received your welcome email on July 9, but we did not receive any reply from you until check-in, when you mentioned you hadn’t received it. We understand this information may have been overlooked, but we do our best to ensure all guests have these details well in advance of arrival.

Mini Vacay

First, the property is conveniently located within minutes of the Disney parks. Second, it is tucked away in a quiet corner. Although the kitchen and bathrooms are in need of an update, the cleanliness was enough to compensate. In addition, remember to request to have the ability to heat the hot tub before your stay. We wished we did stay longer than 4 days and 3 nights. Overall, it was a wonderful location for our mini vacation!
