We got there and it was double booked. People were already staying in the house. It was a nightmare and the property manager would not even help us.

Upon arrival we did a walk through to confirm if there were any issues or things to be aware of we notice the room upstairs has a broken bed can’t be slept in because it falls on one side , the grill was dirty, the pool area was dirty all around the pool and bugs around the entrance of the doorway of the seating area, when we contacted Jeeves the management company we were told they would come and clean both but they never came , I contacted the host but still no one came, I’ve stood in several encore house but this has the be the worst experience.
