The host was welcoming and easy to get ahold of whenever questions came up. Kids ages 3 to 9 were easily entertained with the two game rooms. Lots of space for multiple families. Safety gates present for both inside stairs and pool.

Roberto was a great host; he was welcoming and attentive. This was our first complete family vacation in five years for us, our kids and grandkids (13 people in all). The house description doesn't do it justice, as it was a kid's adventure all in itself. The themed rooms were a huge hit, and it has plenty of common area and private living space. The pool was a wonderful "down time" from Disney parks, which are a short ride away.

Whoever the company has as the cleaning service you need to get someone else. When we get there the alarm was going off. They tried to turn off and says company couldn’t do anything and telling me how to silence it. The light for the pool at night wasn’t working they had to come back the next day to fix it. The electric trash can wasn’t working saying the battery wasn’t working did not replace. But they did replace the comforters in the girl room and give us some more towels. There are stains on most of the furniture and they need to check the kids beds in the rooms most of them are broke. That is why I walk the entire house when I get there so no one can say that we did it.
